This printer was easy to set up. The printing is quick and fine.

Bought this about 6 months ago, set up was easy enough. The features are great on this machine, scanning, printing double sided they all work well and it’s very responsive. The biggest issue is with the WiFi, it worked as expected for the first 5 months then suddenly stopped being able to login to any network. The machine constantly gives the wrong password error no matter how many times I reset or change my networks address and password. Customer support had no answer and I have since stopped using this over wifi which defeats the whole point in buying this model.

I've had now, two HP all-in ones whose printheads have gone bad within a couple of years. Best Buy says, buying another one, cheaper than replacing printhead! Thought I'd give this one a try, longer warranty, larger duty cycle.. Bonus is that ink is a lot cheaper per page. There's a plethora of cheap printers out there, how they get you is with the high cost of ink.

Compact size, easy and fast set up. Very easy to use.

We were in the market to replace a B/W printer for more "volume" work - things like school papers, reports, etc. Came across this one and were favorably impressed with printing capacity before the need to replace cartridge. So far, after a couple of months, the use of ink appears to be as expected. Overall, nice printer, and the ability to print color as well has been an appreciated bonus.

This is a great printer. Purchased it for working at home during the pandemic and I couldn’t be happier. The ink has lasted a long time and it prints text and pictures beautifully. It is also performs high quality scans. No issues with jamming or WiFi connectivity. Very happy I spent a little more to get this printer.

Easy fast set up, simple and intuitive to use, hopeful that it's easy on the ink.

Has been a great printer so far. Bought to replace an older HP printer that printhead died on and too expensive. This printer seems to be doing good for the family. Didn't like the scanner portion as well, as didn't do receipts very well. So bought an external scanner to help.

Like the printer well. It has been a while since we purchased it and it is still working well. My only drawback I see with this printer is that the scanner is mono-plex, or only scans one side. The duplex scanners were out so long I did not even consider this. Otherwise I would rate this printer as superior.

Long lasting ink. Seemed I was going to Costco to refill the cartridge quite often. Now I Don't think about it Two sided printing that is very easy for operator and printer. Wireless connection is very simple and works very well. I have not printed very many pictures so don't know for sure about quality. So far so good

My old printer bit the dust and I had to get a new one (granted, both my wife and I are at the stage of our life where we're not constantly printing things anymore), but wanted to get one where I didn't have to change out the ink as frequently. This one was super fast to set up and the printing quality and speed are both great.

I love this printer speed but the ink is very horrible. I don't print a lot maybe once a week or twice in two weeks and the ink is already showing depletion and the output is not great either. Otherwise I love the printer itself. Also, the wireless printing stopped after about a month and I tried everything but nothing worked.

I've had both Epson and HP printers (in the same price range) in the past and this one out performs them hands down! Put 11 pages in the document feeder and it worked perfectly. Other printers I needed to adjust the pages. Print quality is excellent also. Couldn't be happier.
