I haven't actually used the replacement ink I bought with the printer - the "starter" pack is still working almost one month later, which I'll take as a good sign for longevity.

The ink is good. It allows me to print what I need to. I just wish the ink lasted longer but thats with any ink you buy.

Unlike another toner cartridge i had purchased this one did not leak when placed.

The Ink cartridge is great, it yields a lot of pages and the quality is phenomenal. The price is good aswell.

I went to purchase printer cartridges and the sales rep sold me the incorrect ones. I was able to exchange them for the correct cartridges a few days later.

Tried the third party ink brands including the refills and what you save is just not worth it.

Product quality is great. Brother programs their ink cartridges to stop working when they hit the 5-10% ink level.
