Not too complicated but touch screen can be tricky also kind of noisy feed

Landscape orientation allows for printer to fit on many surfaces. Not the fastest printer out there, but seems to use ink efficiently, is quiet, and connects o wireless without a problem at all!

Works great I am pleased with the product. I would buy another like it.

Ease of setup though you spend a lot on ink refills. Also, the ink from Brother is quick to go dry.

I researched printer all-in-ones for awhile before I decided on this one. It was a little difficult to connect it to my wi-fi but I finally did it and I am satisfied with my purchase.

I like this printer with its compact dimensions, full capability for copy, scan, print, and fax. Installation and set up very easy.

Our old HP printer broke down and we needed a new one. We read reviews and found this to be the best match for our needs. So far, we love it. It's great that we can print wirelessly from our Kindle Fires just by downloading the app. It's much sleeker and quieter than our old printer and doesn't seem to run through all the "gyrations" our old printer did just to come on line.

I had a Brothers printer may years ago. After have to buy a new print every 14 to 16 months; well shame on me. These printer is out performing all others I have had for home use. Prints, scans, and copy is fantastic! And guess what; the bloat ware IS NOT weighting my system down like my previous top brand. No junk here.

Wireless easy to setup. Quality of the print is very good (for an inkjet printer). The only issue is that the fax does not work with VOIP phone line. Did not need the fax option anyway, but it's something to consider if you have internet phone.

The Brother MFC-J4620DW all-in-one printer is a great compact printer. I see no difference in quality in black and white printed text from my HP laser jet. It's quick and easy to scan an item and send as an attachment. Copying is very simple. The moderate print speed is fine with me So far I have found the printer to be very dependable.

I was going to buy a different printer but the sales person had great things to say about this one. It's multi function and uses less ink then the other brands.

Awesome printer, I got this printer mainly for ledger size printing, the bells and whistles were added bonus .

set up was easy. My only complaint is that it is noisy and kind of slow

...it is not fully compatible with Windows 10 (as of 03.01.2016). This was not discovered until I had spent about 10 hours with the install, found it somewhat buried deep in the documentation, and another 95 mins. on the phone with Brother support.
