This is my second printer from Brother and there low cost refills and the quality of printers are excellent!!

Best Buy needs to show the printers as they run (which we even asked if they could do a sample on it, but answer as no). It's works ok but is very slow.I would have purchased a better quality if they showed printers in action on display.

This is the first Brother product purchase and I am extremely disappointed. It is very slow in printing from my Apple iPad and the quality of the print is very poor. I would find it extremely difficult to recommend this product.

Very easy to set up and connect to wireless network. Prints very slowly and takes a while to warm up and process data before starting to print. It is a good option for personal limited use but not good for high volume business use.

This is a great printer and at a very reasonable price for faxing, copying and scanning. There is an option to load multiple pages for scanning rather than load 1 at a time.

The printer has been working well in our office. We print through google cloud print and it's been successful. I'd love for it to print a little faster but it's good for growing my patience. Print quality is fine. I recommend it.

The tradeoff for a relatively small and compact machine is that it doesn't work. Brother customer care has been terrific -- no small thing, as I can't say that about HP, who produced my past couple printers -- but they ultimately admitted I got a lemon. The machine worked at the start, though it always felt fragile -- particularly the paper tray -- and seemed to utilize a lot of energy -- and was too noisy about it -- to spit out a few pages. The machine started jamming and ultimately stopped working completely. Hours on the phone with said customer service and it's still non functioning.

Easy to setup. Easy to use. Love the brother printer app as well as the NFC feature. Makes printing from my smartphone a breeze

GOOD: individual ink, multi sheet feeder, ledger paper option, easy wireless connection POOR: picture color dull, rear sheet feed flimsy and poorly designed

Makes very clear copies. the double size printing really help save paper. No complain so far

Got this for my brothers birthday lol. I liked it because of the ports it offered

I really like this printer and it's working great.

I am 77 and not a techie. The Brother printer was on the recommendation of a savvy friend. My granddaughter did the installing. To use it, easy to figure out on my own...a plus. User Friendly, I think, they call it. I would recommend it for the price,too.

copies FAST - very easy to use - VERY clear copies - the only issue with my copier is that it pulls 2/3 pieces of paper at a time when making copies

THIS PRINTER HAS GOOD FEATURES. FIRST OF ALL YOU CAN PRINT 11 X 17 WHICH IS AMAZING FOR TEACHERS LIKE ME.

Purchased for a home office, ink of course in absurdly expensive, Customizable settings a plus. Easy set up and functional .

My old all in one would constantly lose scanning connection. This one is great. Easy to use Quality of print and scan is great Did a lot of scanning of OLD photos and they came out very well Love the ability to make more than one copy at a time

This is my second Brother Printer. My previous one was not good. So, why not give Brother another try. So glad I did. It is the best printer I've had in a long time. It provides me with the confidence I need in my projects more than before.
