Comes in very good packaging. The item was very well thought out by the designers. I really like the ability to place it anywhere and it just looks good with the furniture. Most people think it is an air freshener. The video quality is good for a product in this price range. I have recommended this to all of my friends.

Purchased this product on a friends recommendation, but I also read reviews. Unit was easy to setup and has a very good app for Apple device. Not sure about Android, but I'm assuming it's OK. Really a great HD camera to view your area of concern. I like it so much I have purchased another unit along with the newer unit that can be mounted outside your area of concern.

very easy set up and the camera view is vey clear. Nice remote option to set off siren to the camera if there is a break in while you are away from the house

I love my Canary it dose everything I wanted the camera is extremely clear the iCloud works good and the motion detection is almost to sensitive I highly recommend it to someone who wants a cheap security system with a camera that you can look at live at anytime and not pay a monthly fee!

I had high hopes for this system, but while I like the actual features of the cameras (I have the all in one and the flex), I have way more connectivity issues and lag time than any other app (home security or otherwise). First of all, the lag time to see events on the camera makes the product a huge disappointment and kind of useless when time is of the essence during a home invasion or even just people on my door step. I appreciate the notifications and that you can customize their frequency but, they’re inconsistent. Someone can walk in my front door and I won’t get a notification but, the wind blows my front yard plants and I get one? The most frustrating thing is how poor the connectivity is on the app. Just today, I’ve been unable to look into my home or front porch because the Canary app screen just spins and hasn’t loaded for FOUR hours and counting. My internet and phone are working in every other way, so that’s not the problem. I’m actually going to sell all of my canary cameras and buy the Ring system again which worked almost always, in my previous experience. This product would be GREAT if it just worked. I’m bummed.

This camera is great for a quick install and able to view it on your phone from anywhere in the world! Would buy another if I need another.

The only reason for a 4 star is I wish the alarm would sound automatically. The owner receives an alarm notice then the owner has to trigger the siren. Great for keeping track of activities at the home online. Very attractive, looks great on a table or shelf.

Switched out my Dropcam for this, and I gotta say that overall I'm happy, live video does lag a couple seconds, (Dropcam was definitely quicker at this), but no monthly charge for recording makes up for it.

Easy to setup. Took minutes. I bought it to keep an eye on my dog. Great in total darkness too.

I purchased the canary approx 1 month ago. Set up wasn't to bad, getting the app was simple enough. When I am in the house, i can set the room and get temp, air quality and humidity. When I leave the house I cannot view anything. I have been going back and forth with a canary rep---I cannot view the camera while away from the house.

I needed a camera for my home last minute. I was going on vacation and no one to stay over. So I just went to Best Buy and looked at all the easy systems. It's Ok. It does the job to a point. It works best with a very good connection for real time watching or it will studder and pause while watching live. It will send you a notice of activation (movement) but It only will keep the clip of movement about a day before it deletes it. Why is that a problem you ask. Well, if your gone and don't have internet (say you were on a cruise or something for 7days) you wont see what went on. You can buy a longer package plan from Cannary, but I sooooo don't want to have to pay for something every year. I did connect a friends phone to get messages too, just in case the police needed to be called. But, then I had to make sure to take them off the camera when I got back as to not have them watching me ! lol

I loved this when I got this camera. It helped me know what was going on at home when I was a way. How the updated their software and it’s dont doing the same features when I first bought it and that is the only dislike about it.

I like the canary. I first bought the Ring but due to the system being more annoying and who's to stop someone from wearing a mask and stealing it from the front of the house? The canary give you great quality video, sound, Air Quality Sensors and an option to add people to your "Network". It's design also fits in with other tech so it doesn't look out of place - people have not noticed the canary and that's a good thing. It has a loud siren if an emergency pops up. The only downside is that it is not comparable with Alexa, yet.

Bought this for my beach house in Ecuador. It was super easy to set up and even with the less than blazing fast internet speed available there I get very clear images and audio streaming to my phone here in the US. I can keep an eye on the house and just check in anytime I want to get a view of the beach! Very pleased with this product.
