The camera security was very easy to setup and use. It is perfect for apartments and comes with great features. Works on Android phone perfectly.

Loving this so far. Have had it for a couple of months now. I needed something to keep an eye on our teams videography equipment. Has worked great. I get notifications anytime someone comes into the studio and I'm not present. User face interface could be a little better but overall I'm very satisfied.

Omg where do I get started. When someone rings your doorbell. It connects right to you phone and you can see who it is and even speak to the through the device and they can respond back. It also has a round display so you can see a lot. Love love love this product. Love new technology a must have product it's amazing

It's ok. When it works, it's good. Ok, good enough. Sometimes I get messages that it cant connect. My cable speed is 50, my phone speed is also 50, is that not fast enough?? The company said I needed faster to stop buffering. Hello, not everyone has super high speed. 50 is great to down load movies with no problem. Also, if you want you see what happened 25 hrs later, you have to pay a monthly service charge. So if your on a trip, and your house gets broken into, you better buy more. Oh, if you power is out, it won't work. If the bad guy steals it when they see it in the house, it's not going to help you. But if you just want to spy on your house with the live feed, ok. And the error message only comes up only 3 or 4 times a month.

This is a great unit. Picture quality is very high, air quality sensor etc seem accurate and the functionality of the app is great. Auto-detecting when we are home and away seems to be accurate also. I really, really want HomeKit compatibility though, supposedly coming in the Canary Plus. Probably would be 5 stars with that.

Canary blamed the WiFi for not staying connected that is why they sent us the 2nd canary. They stated that this was happening a lot. I like the idea of canary but maybe the $199.00 that was spent should not have bought this? I called support they are very nice and are American, that is a huge + for me. It turns out that you have to be sign in for canary to work properly. Some thing that isn't explained. Maybe okay now?

The unit works very well. It shows a nice wide area and the notification works great.

I constantly get alerts when it gets dark and the infrared turns on. Hopefully they keep updating the firmware and app software.

This product works well. The video is very good in the dark. The only thing that would be a great edition is HomeKit compatibility.

Great to be able to see what is happening when I'm working. Let's me know my pets are safe. They are adding features to the mobile app even in just past few weeks. Look forward to getting a "smart" smoke alarm for even more security.

The camera is an excellent choice for me. The picture is so clear and the voices. I plan on adding additional cameras at my house.

Great camera, easy to install, easy to watch from phone. Only concern, if more than one connected, all do the same action.

The Canary is a great camera system. You can sit it on your counter and it doesn't even look like a camera. Video quality is outstanding as well as the wide angled lens.

Canary was extremely easy to set up, and was recording room activity in less than 30 minutes. Has a pay subscription plan for keeping videos over 24 hours. Works great

This is a great, low-cost security method. All of the features are great; the only thing I wish it had was two-way audio. It is a little glitchy with the auto-mode switching, but for the most part, works wonderfully. It hardly loses it's connection with the app, which is something I had been concerned about. Overall, it has great video quality, even in night mode, and really gives me peace of mind when not at home.

I purchased the Canary a day ago and could not be happier with the unit. It was extremely easy to set-up and was up and running in no time. I placed the unit inside my home and am now planning to purchase another one for outside. The set-up; I downloaded the app and followed the simple instructions. My roommate did the same thing and then we tested the unit, moving it around the house to get the best view. Today, I am getting notifications related to the activity in the house - when someone enters and exits. I am also getting notified of the home environment in regards to temp and air quality. Loving it!

So far so good. Video is crisp and the camera is not as sensitve as other reviewers have said (you can change the sensivitiy). Only thing I wish differently was that it was connected to the front door opening and closing. Other than that great buy. I do recommend it to people living in an apartment.

I'm not great with technology speak, so this is going to be in layman's terms. The night vision is just as good as the regular camera. It took me a while to get the hang of the app & setting my preferences, but once you figure it out, it's smooth sailing. I get notifications on movement fairly quick. The only thing I wish would be different is for it to have two-way communication, but I can live without it. Like any app, it freezes here and there, but I haven't had enough issues to complain.

Setup was fast,easy and video quality is excellent both day and nigh time. The app itself could be better but for the money you can;t complain! I highly recommend!
