Great surveillance camera, just what we were looking for. Perfect for taking on vacation and watching the room while you're away.

This is the best security camera I've ever had! I have tried 4 different brands/models over the last few years and this is by far the best ever! I don't have to create schedules for arming and disarming the camera. It senses when I arrive and leave via the app on my phone. The picture quality is wonderful. Haven't had any false alerts either. Great choice for anyone looking for a security camera.

Some reviews indicate a lack of features, however this is a motion detector and video system with air quality monitoring. During a recent trip I was able to check in at will on home and see that everything was in order, and while I got several false alarms, I am confident that if there is a breakin it will alert me. While on the trip I coupd see the AC failed and was able to expedite a repair!

The Canary sings.... Yes, this All-in-one Wireless Security Device offers proximity Presence Geo-Fencing. My suggestion is to use the medium radius, it faults less. The unit is self contained with an easy wall adapter. A few commands and the unit is connected to your WiFi, you can also Patch it into your Switch or Router. There is an advantage to paying the low yearly fee, you can remote in from any PC. Canary paired Smart_Phone users now have a time stamped departure and arrival log, FWIW, good for small businesses. The light adjusting camera lens covers a good view. I enjoyed the two way audio feature. If you are looking for an easy all-in-one Swiss knife kind of security device, this one cannot be beat. The Canary also films into the Cloud, so video is never lost even if the device gets destroyed. The security is silent so you know and the thief walks around. You can remotely activate the siren from your Smart Phone app and speak into the microphone if you wish that Police is on the way. I was looking for something like the Canary, simple, single Box, IP, Ethernet Port, Temp, Humidity, Air Quality, Video Intercom. Take my word, this Canary has the features packed into a single simple product. Brilliant execution. Good product development. Bravo.

It's a great looking camera but the only problem is I can only see live and if there's a signal about something and unable to check my phone at that moment then I don't know what's going on at that moment. Maybe I can find out more what's good with it

I really like this camera both the day and night vision. My only draw back is that I wish it had a speaker where I could speak through it while I am away. Otherwise, excellent camera.

It is easily placed where I feel is most vulnerable. It alerts me when something changes. I highly recommend the Canary.

Excellent home security camera,,,,very clear pictures...easy to set up unit

Took minimal effort to install. Requires minor up keep and I don't have to remember any PIN numbers to turn it on or off.

I was looking for a camera that would view out the front window of the house and catch not only what was on the porch but also what was in the driveway. The night vision could not see through the glass. It would reflect the infrared lights back into the camera. This might work great if you intended on using it to watch the inside of your house but it didn't serve my purpose. I ended up getting the Ring doorbell camera instead.

So my review might be a little different as my wife and I have 2 little girls and our older baby monitor was failing. We wanted to get one that we could use outside of our home wife to monitor the kids when 1 of us is travelling, etc. The Canary actually fits our needs perfectly as it works as a baby monitor as well as monitors the temp of the room, humidity and what it calls "Air Quality". Anyone with kids knows that temps of rooms and the humidity is a big deal and factors in to the air quality as a whole. We originally purchased just 1 to try it out and the next day I went to purchase a 2nd for our other daughters rooms. These little suckers are great for what we use it as not to mention it can also be used as a security device (which we don't even really even use it for that purpose, ironic, right?). The only caveat is that there is roughly a 5 second delay on what actually happens to what is displayed to the screen but honestly, that doesn't bother us and sometimes comes in handy. Example: If we hear a bump, thud or a loud cry from one room and we have the monitor up on 1 of our phones, we can generally catch and see what event caused the thud or cry within that 5 second window. We really love these products and I highly recommend them if it fits your needs.

Very clear video of action in the home. It goes on when something changes or someone enters and sends a message to me on my phone. I am very pleased with this technology as it blends in the home. Sometimes it is on when it should be in privacy, at least it is working, but if you sign in again, it stops. They will have to fix that, or maybe it does not happen to others.
