I bought this camera because you could have this great security camera with no monthly fees. As of a couple months ago they changed there terms and if you want to watch ANY full length video you have to be a member. Plus things that they have upgraded like being able to 2 way talk with your pets you must have a membership as well. I will be dumping this and getting the new Arlo Pro 2

Provides good camera reception; however it does go offline in one area of my house frequently.

Pros: Videos are clear Easy to configure Mobile app is reliable Cons: I do not like recurring service fees. This company has changed it quite a few times since I've owned this.

I have used this camera as a stand-alone system and as to supplement an installed system in my home. I love it. The notifications that come to your phone when the camera picks up movement helped me catch a potential thief!

Easy to understand setup instructions. Uncomplicated. Not a bunch of sensors needed.

It’s great for me to have when out over the road and want to check on my home at anytime. I can hear and see what’s going at home with no problem at all. It tells the air quality the temperature and humidity of the home.

Leaving home even for a short time can be a nerve wracking experience, especially if your neighborhood is prone to burglaries. But home security systems can be a monthly expense, that's why we chose this system that we can monitor ourselves through a smart phone app. I like the ease of functionality, and the only draw back is that it does not have a battery backup. All in all I'm very happy with this system.

I use this at my home and a vacation home. Caught someone stealing jewelry with it at my house. I tripped the siren on the unit to scare them off. The video was plenty of evidence for a confession and return of the property. Paid for itself on that find. Peace of mind now is great. The home health stats of air quality, temp and humidity are great for the vacation home. You can set alerts of the stats so if my heat fails or humidity drastically changes, I'm aware quickly to take action before the problem grows worse. Even with a 1Mb DSL at camp, I can view live video and get the alerts quickly. When you aren't there for a month or more at times, this device helps ease my mind. I plan to add the Canary flex external cameras at both places in the future. The flexibility to easily add devices to the solution is great.
