Easy and fast installation. It has been prortecting my home since it was installed. It was even tested, when I authorized and gave access to contractors to do work inside the home. Video was clear and very detailed.

A friend recommended this Canary. So I did the research and purchase one. It has a great camera and video with added features to control from your phone anywhere. I like it.

We purchased this unit for security while away, as our 93yr old parent is alone at that time. We wan to be sure that she is safe, and the house is protected. It sometimes does not record a full event, but leaves a section out of the recording, even though we purchased the extended monthly plan. I have asked Canary about this.

It was really easy to install and connect to my WI-FI and also to my cellphone ! Amazing HD quality and it really keep me updated on all activities in my living room to make sure I feel safe for my family when I'm away I

Have been using this product for about a month and I have to say, no complaints so far, everything working exactly as advertised, straight up no gimmicks. Will update in a few weeks hopefully it'll still be the same.

bought this security camera because of it's siren and air quality feature. I already have a home security camera inside and outside the house but it's 2yrs old and back then they never had any of these features. Another reason why I bought the Canary is because I can move the unit to any room especially in my sons playroom and use it as a baby monitor while he's playing.

It was a bit expensive but it does the job. Great picture at night and day.

Video and audio quality are awesome. The wide angle lens of the camera captures my hole first floor of my house. The Canary app is easy to use and very helpful.

One of the big selling points for this camera is that it doesn't require a monthly subscription...wrong. This camera does have some nice features, which is the only reason it gets two stars instead of one. You will find out during the set-up that many of the best features can only be accessed for $10/month. The main problem is that the company does not have customer support options. My camera randomly started going offline line a week after purchasing. Once turned into every few days, and now is every day. When it goes offline, the only way to get it back online is to disconnect the power and reboot. There is no way to reset/restart it remotely, which entirely defeats the purpose of home security when you are away. When you go to their website for help, you will find out that they do not accept returns, and do not offer phone support. You have the option to send an email or an online chat. Well, the chat instructions don't work, as they send you to a webpage loop that doesn't ever get you to the point of initiating a chat. Sending an email apparently isn't an option either, as they still haven't gotten back to me two weeks later. Their troubleshooting articles don't offer anything except unplug it and check your internet connection. Yes, there are probably some workaround options like purchasing a smart plug and disconnecting power remotely, but having purchased a battery backup to go with this system, I shouldn't have to rig up a workaround. Trying both a hardwired connect and wifi made no difference, and if it was a power outage issue, it would reset when restoring power and I wouldn't be typing this review right now. This is little more than a $150 paperweight, and this company should really rethink their customer service.

Super easy to setup and get everything going. Once you get it setup it just takes care of itself by detecting when you leave the house and switching to away mode. The wide angle lense captures everything in HD.

Over a year later it still works great. Very clear Pic and audio. Helps me monitor my basement. In today' s market I am sure you can get a less expensive camera that does the same thing

got this camera to watch over my apartment since I travel alot. nice to be able to watch everything in high def and know it's all safe. only complaint I have is the lack of being able to save footage locally.

Bought this to keep an eye on my kids when I am not home it works well

Enjoy the watch live feature but the notifications are not consistent. Sometimes it works but most of the time there is no notification of activity. When out of town I can tell if my home is still there by checking my phone but it could be burglarized or worse without me knowing it. The activity is recorded but no notification is sent. Still a nice toy for the money.
