Easy installation and a sharp picture. However, even with a 100mb/sec internet cable connection camera slow to respond. requires location app to be activated on a smart phone which reduces phone battery life more than 50%. At medium and high sensitivity levels constant updates to phone a significant nuisance. Number of annual video downloads depends on the subscription plan, something not clearly stated in the camera promotional materials. An interesting product but far from top notch security device and system. Not recommended for average users in need of home security surveillance system! More of a toy than anything else.

This companies customer service is above the best. They will work with any issues you have and make sure the system works and you're happy with it.

I got an extra camera to take advantage of my subscription, that allows you to use up to 5 cameras.

This is great. You can talk thru the built in intercom. The app is amazing. It never idles. The area covered is really good.

I have the app on three different devices and it works great ... Scared a family member with the live cam using siren when watching the house live heh

Works like a charm. Mostly use it to keep an eye on my pup which detects him and alerts me. :) Would definitely recommend.

I use it to monitor my house and my travel trailer, especially for harmful temperature fluctuations that could affect my pets when I am away.

This product is outstanding. I feel safe knowing that I will be alerted to anything that happens when I am away from home. This is a must have!

Canary is a good security product that does not cost to be monitored. The issue I had was trying to connect wireless in another room of the house.

Purchased this item just to make sure I closed the garage door. Now if I can't remember if I did I just check the picture on my phone. Prefect.

Plenty of controls, a siren, modes, police dialing, etc so if you get a notification you can dispatch the police or scare off the perpetrators.

The canary was so easy to install. Keeps me informed while I"m away from the house of the activity in my yard and house. I love it.

I got my Canary several months ago. My wife and I moved from a house with an integrated security system to a new home with no security system. I wanted something that was simple and with no long term monitoring contract, which was the case with the integrated security system at the old house. I looked at multiple systems, each with its own advantages and disadvantages. As is the case with most reviews, each system had its mix of good and bad reviews, so it was difficult to decide which way to go. I liked the simplistic, non-obtrusive look of the Canary. Setup was simple and easy. It connected to my wireless network without difficulty. The iOS app also worked flawlessly. Initially, I did have some issues with false alarms associated with the transition from infrared night vision to camera day vision, but with the firmware updates, this has resolved. I had to position the device so that it did not alarm due to the motion of my ceiling fan, but this hasn’t been a big issue and I hope this will be fixed soon. My wife and I like the automatic arming and disarming feature when we leave or return home. I’ve been impressed with the quality of the camera on the device, especially the infrared images. We can be gone from the house for up to a couple weeks at a time and I enjoy being able to check on the house periodically while I’m away. I like the ability to monitor the temperature and air quality in the house as well. The Canary is perfect for this. Given the other options for a simple and effective home security system at a reasonable cost and no mandatory long term monitoring contracts, the Canary is one of the best ones that I’ve found. I am pleased with it and would highly recommend it.

These cameras are excellent. The video and audio are clear in light or dark. Good extra security.

Great clarity love the notification. Only draw back if you use it to facing a window at night it does not work if there is not adequate light.

Bought it to watch over our home while were gone. Great purchase. Also use it to spy on kids doing their chores. Lol
