Awesome security system, easy setup, use and remote access. When motion is detected, it records both audio and video to the cloud. Comes with a small cloud capability, requires a service agreement to increase amount of cloud storage and improve ability to access what was recorded. Great system for the price. Also, with the recent hurricane, the uint was able to tell when the power went out and when power was restored in my beach house.

Awesome product. Exceeded my expectations!! I use this for my business for when I'm not there and it's sound and HD picture make keeping a watchful eye VERY efficient. Highly recommend.

I got this camera to watch my dog in my apartment during the day. Overall this a good camera. I can see my living room, kitchen and front door. For me this would be a great device if I could talk to my dog. I've been using the siren feature to get my dog to stop things like barking. I have also noticed that the camera skips when recording activities. I've noticed a few times where my dog starts in the living room and then appears in the kitchen. Other than that I like the camera. It's perfect for my apartment. If I had a bigger room or a house I would buy more cameras.

These cameras cover a wide area but can also zoom in for detail, have a clear picture in day or night mode, are unobtrusive and a good value. I loved that I could carry on a two way conversation with my Mom when she was in assisted living and see who was coming & going from here little apartment. It is also great for conversing with pets & their sitters when we are away.

Works just like it says. It let's you know when motion is detected and you can go on a cell phone and see what's going on. Pretty cool.

I purchased the first one and I had problems keeping it connected, but the technical support was awesome and sent a new unit. It works great and I am very happy with it. I will add more units as time goes by. There are some things with the app that need to be fixed but it's more on the deleting cameras and that type issues.

Initially the product was ok, it did what it was supposed to do, which was record detected motion and store it securely in the cloud. Initially it did that pretty well. However, they continue to remove features in software updates. The most recent change is that your recordings are limited to 10 seconds and sleep mode (user is home, but they're sleeping so it should record motion) is disabled unless you pay them a monthly subscription. Who knows what the next change will be. But you're better off putting your security in the hands of a company that you can trust.

Good video quality,the ability to hear what's going on in the room and motion activated recording that also notify you of activity , but it does work like your cellphone with drop calls and an event triggered will not be able to be viewed due to your current location , but it is cloud recorded so you can view what triggered the camera , the unit itself blends in discreetly and yes I will buy another for a different room.

I was going on a trip and wanted to keep an eye on my house. The temperature, humidity, and air quality sensor plus the live camera and motion detection alerts were very comforting. Still using it

easy to install, easy to handle and the App works perfect .....BUT, you don't know who stores you data and where!! The is no option to use your own Hard drive or your own cloud!! After 4 weeks of test period: "Smile and Pay" for the Service........

This is our third Canary. They are very easy to set up, and have an excellent camera as well. We like the notifications and ease of using from mobile devices.

This is my second canary, it is easy to use, app works great, wide angle lens videos wide areas.

Easy set up. Works as advertised. Wish it had zoom but not a requirement. Like the fact that the cloud stores 12 hours.

This little thing is GREAT!!! It has a very sleek design, you would never know that it was a security system. It takes GREAT video, and has crystal clear sound when recording. It gives me peace of mind while im away from home. I can check in at anytime and see whats going on, what the temperature is, and the air quality. Im very happy with this product!

The canary does what it claims it will do, with a few drawbacks. There is a significant delay between the recording and real time. By the time you hear the action being recorded, over twelve seconds have elapsed. When armed, meaning the camera will send mobile alerts when motion is detected, it is hit and miss with mobile alerts. It alerts only some of the time. If you don't need immediate real time and consistent observation alerts, the camera is sufficient. The clarity is good in both light and low light situations.

read up a lot on these after my previous camera wouldn't connect anymore, this thing took about 5 minutes to setup, really nice camera quality. con't go wrong with this purchase

This security system is a great deal. Wish it would allow 2 way audio, but other than that I would recommend it to friends. App. is easy to use, and it is great that you can control the alarm, if you need to sound the alarm.

I chose the Canary because of the pre-purchase ratings. It failed to reliably arm and disarm itself and the preprogrammed emergency numbers were for an area 50 miles away. I reprogrammed in local numbers but they reverted back to the originals. I emailed Customer Service but have received no response. Picture quality is good however.
