ink bleeds out when you open it

If you order the ink directly from canon they will stand behind it. Best Buy will not. Half the ink bled out of the three colors when I ...carefully ...opened them. This has happened before when I ordered from them. I haven't opened the black yet. I will be sure to have gloves on and open it over a trash can.

I goofed

I did order the 281 I'll have to return the 2 boxes of 251, although one was opened. Can I return them at the local Best Buy?

Would go get product while purchase other items in store. Had to purchase item and go back to car, ant wait for someone to come out. Had to wait over 15 minutes.

Good product but expensive

My only gripe is that the manufacturer should do more to lower the cost - crazy expensive. Just like the rest of the manufacturers.

Cartridges leaked after removing tab

Does not include all cartridges needed
