Works well. I use this for the printer I use for printing photos. Excellent quality from printer and the ink.

Product is great but for some reason my store never keeps enough on hand. Its hit and miss. Some stores keep all the colors EXCEPT the grey which is totally useless.

You can't even make a mistake installing these inks. If you install the wrong color, the Canon technology will tell you and prevent you from making a big mistake,

Printer would not print until I feed it more 'Gray' Ink, once I did all was fine. Still expensive, not much I can do about it if I want HQ output. BB was reasonable.

Great bang for my buck! I used to go with the regular size ink cartridge it does cost less but if you see on the long run if you buy the XL version you'll get more out it.

The ink is great, but I recommend buying the XL cartridge if available. It lasts much longer for a few more dollars.

perfect the grey doesn't normally come with the combo packs so it' nice to find it for sale

The cannon ink cartridges are small but pack a good amount of ink. Depending on usage it could last a good deal. Cannon is the best for printing pictures. Highly recommend

I couldn't find this in my local Best Buy. I had to go to another state to find it. It does work as it says though. It fits in my printer nicely. It's easy to install.

can have enough black ink so I have to get extras of this for my printer. prints alot but I print at home like im in a office so need lots

Well it seems my printer uses gray ink? Who knew that printers use gray ink? Well my printer uses it and it needed replacing so I bought this and it works great!

wish I could use it a second time around to be able to use the last of the ink that is still in them which is quite a bit actually other than that it is a great product

I've always bought Canon printers and use only Canon ink cartridges. It is premium ink and delivers excellent results on documents and especially photo paper.

As far as I can tell, this fit and works in my printer. I found it annoying that this color of ink had to be bought separately and not part of a package deal (like the rest of the ink cartridges).

It works just as it should. It's easy to install, but I would like to see it be able to print more pages.

Best Buy is one of the few stores that sells this Grey ink. Thank you Best Buy. Ink is working as expected.

I could not locate this ink cartridge at any of the general retail stores, i.e. Target, Walmart, however it was available at Best Buy and at a competitive price.

Was out if black ink but just printing basic stuff and this was cheaper and worked just fine ..don't recommend for printing pics
