Had many questions but everything was made easy because of the attention received from the sales associates. ||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this refill for my printer which by the way I love cartridges are kinda expensive so I don’t know why gray is not included in the package, the only thing I don’t like is when the cartridges are empty the printer will not function for you at all to include the scanning function

Gray Ink Is A Must Have For Canon Printer

Also, the "XL 3-Pack" does not include the "Gray" or the "Black" Ink, so watch for that also.

I usually order online but not always in time. Best Buy carries this ink in stock and the price difference is not worth considering when I need to finish a job.
