Canon was one of the only home printers to offer individual ink cartridges, the gray is a first for me. Seems to be a good add on.

This grey ink seems particularly difficult to find. It is never included in the bundled inks so when I find it, I buy it.

I don't like having to purchase this all alone when I purchase the packaged 4 color box, it needs to be included. They also need to be packaged as XL size.

The product itself was great. I was also looking for Gray but the Best Buy we have here seldom have them in stock.

This color ink is hard to find. Thank you Best Buy for getting it so fast.

Just wish you didn't have to buy this gray ink separately. Canon does not include it in the bigger multiple colors combo, but you still need it!!

How can an individual write a minimum of fifty letters over a product as simple as an ink cartridge? Well I guess one can.

The printer will work without this cartridge, I'm not sure why this grey ink cartridge is packaged separately. This ink is always discounted. I guess its fine.

Although I have often wondered why Canon sells a gray ink cartridge, I have never had a problem with the product.

did not notice any difference in photo quality with gray ink being used or not being used the cannon printer gives you the option to use the grey ink

Appears to work fine. Would prefer this be included in combo pack with all the other colors that are needed.

Does as advertised... seems to run out faster than the rest... wondering why gray doesn't come in the pack with all the rest of the ink??? Must be bought separately

Although my Canon printer works very well, the ink storage tanks are quite small and so they do not last very long. Also very expensive.

It's been a while since my printer needed this ink cartridge. I quickly went to Best Buy after work -purchased it in 10 min. along with some other items.

I would recommend this product. The only downfall is the ink seems to run out very fast, not sure if this is a problem with my printer or the actual ink cartridge.
