Canon OEM ink is dependable

Does not fit and wont reimburse besides Best Buy o

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It did not fit, despite having taken the old cartridge and the name of the printer in to Best Buy to purchase. They were not in stock and so this was ordered. Not only did it not fit, but I later noticed that the wrong color had been sent...a grey and not black. The store would not take it back because it had been opened. Obviously it had to be opened to see if it fit in the printer. Supposedly, this is a store policy. I had all of the documentation and am obviously furious! You ordered it. You made the error! I should be compensated! You have lost a loyal customer!
