had a hard time getting the printer hold the setting to print haven't been able to get the fax to work yet

Average printer with terrible display and user interface

We purchased this printer to replace another one and did not realize it will print in black-and-white. We will be returning it for a full color printer. No touchscreen

The box should say you need a degree in computer science to get this to connect and print.

Bought this printer to work from home. Everything was going well until it ran out of paper. Now, no matter what I do, it says Drawer 1 has no paper when the drawer is fully loaded. I've exhausted myself trying to find a solution. Canon support is no help and neither is Best Buy. This thing broke in less than 30 days but Best Buy only has a 15 day return policy. I wish I knew this before buying. Done with Canon and Best Buy. I'm better off using Amazon.

Poor. The power cord is missing. I have to go back to BB to try to resolve this problem. It is highly frustrating to purchase an expensive item and then find that some important component is missing or not functioning properly.

The print-job is terrible Fresh out of the box I tried copies of a document. I tried copy through both the scanner and the feeder and it would never print the same way, but the result was always slanted or cut off in some respect. Don't buy it.

Too big for my area, had to take back to the Best Buy.

The black & white printer works great! The scanner function was impossible to setup compared to my my many HP printers. There's not even a usb port!

Print quality isn't great, even at 600 dpi, but I'm willing to trade that for the ability to copy and scan.

I returned this item. It didn’t have a telephone connection for the fax.

Thank heaven I bought the extended warranty, as the paper feeder didn't work from day one. I know it's cheap, but it's not worth the hassle. Pick a different machine.

Very difficult to set up. Took 2 different people from Geek Squad to get it to work. I was not aware that it would only print in black and white. I did tell the associate what I wanted to use it for. Will not be buying anything from Best Buy for a long time if ever.

This printer is very stressful to set up, the paper tray is also not hidden which makes it look ugly. I would recommend getting a brother instead.

This product was very difficult to set-up and quit after we turned off the power. Returned for refund.

Could not get this item to work, even with 3 hours of geek squad help. The printer was returned to the store in Johnston, pa.

It didn't work for me and I'm going to return it. The toner doesn't last long and runs out quickly.

Used this TWICE and no longer works!! First it printed blank (yes, it had ink/toner) then the screen went blank and does NOTHING!!!

Works and set up is like its out of the 90's. Does not do auto duplex scanning.

Great product but a few bugs printing from phones.
