A superb printer. Excellent quality. Easy to set up. That's about it.

First my gripe with Best Buy!! Since when did they change their exchange/return policy??!! Mind you I just wanted the new Sale price applied ..was not going to return. Bought printer on October 15, 2019 for $249.99 and today November 8, 2019 ..I noted the same item for $169.99!!!!! Figured it was less then 30 days since bought, I could get the difference. Went to BBY..WRONG!! Best Buys policy is 15 days now..ugh... So heres my review...Decent laser printer that if you get it at the sale price, it's a decent deal as I later discovered the replacements toner cartridges are a bit pricey..... Set up was just OK, it 's not overly complicated but its definitely not easy....paper handling could be less uncomplicated.. Great for documents and fast printing....

Great printer. And the ink never dries out. Also nice scanner with doc feeder

Excellent printer with lasting function and durability

The printer part is excellent. The quality of the print is really good. Copying pages is really easy and the quality is good. Now for the part I don't like the black & white scanner is not very good, however the color is excellent. So I just scan everything in color.

Easy set up. Prints well. Great apps. Has many different functions for printing.

Purchased this Canon imageClass MF642Cdw as a replacement for an older model. It runs great and the colors are bright. One down side is that this model doesn't have double sided copy option.

This printer is pretty awesome. It prints very quickly compared to my old printer. T-Rex helped us in the store and he was absolutely amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable about all the printers and answered all of our questions.

Seems like it works great so far, i’ve only had the unit up and running for about a week.… The only thing it takes a little bit longer to wake up where is my older HP woke up in less than a second this takes 5 to 10 seconds, which can cause it to drop when on AirPrint. I’ve yet to see how expensive the toner, running costs are, but this looks to be a solid performer… I tested the copy for the duplex, and the scanner.

I enjoy the quick setup. I use the wifi network and phone app to print. Its helped me with the massive papers as i process through a divorce. It will also be utilized for college come fall. I cant figure out how to scan though.

Easy to install good quality in the prints and like it because you can scan quickly.

Love this laser printer and the duplex printing. It’s a little loud but still good one.

Would have given this 5 stars if it had and Ethernet port like I thought instead of two USB ports — how dumb, an Ethernet port as a backup to WiFi would be nice. Other than that it’s fast, quiet and it’s handy to be able to print from your iPhone.

I got it pretty good deal. I bought it when it was on sale and plus I used my reward certificate so I paid closed to $200. It does good job and my wife loves it. Only thing its little nosey but I guess it's worth the cost still.

Prints great copies and easy set up. Great price for a all in one printer.

I had to contact Canon for help with the scanner setup. It seems difficult to understand and to adjust the settings for printing and scanning. Also it is a surprisingly noisy machine. However it seems to be working fine and thus far I am satisfied.
