Dependable workhorse. This has been a significant step up from the ink jets. We manage to get quite a lot of black and white prints but the colors ran out fairly quickly. The aftermarket i.e. non OEM cartridges are relatively inexpensive. Bought one last holiday season for wife's business and bought the second one for her office now.

Disappointed after opening the phone lines are blanked off and No number pad . this is not a true fax machine Scans to email and called a i fax not sure I see the point. Why not just email a scanned copy. Prints well in color. Documentation is poor and very hard to follow. did not need to help Desk to set up wireless but have to set up DHCP to auto refresh so it will wake up when printing. For just a color laser printer ok I guess.

I got a bad one returned it. The tech said it had a bad chip in it. But when I got it to print it was good. If they had another one I would have got it. For the price it was worth it I just got a bad one.

Awesome Buy! Great for the printing we do. Quality is awesome too. It’s quite prints fast have not had any issues with this printer and I had this printer for 8 months I’m just needing to replace the toner now that came with. Recommend this to anyone

Thanks to the settings that require printing at 600dpi or greater, this machine blows through toner like no other. Makes sense for a manufacturer that is interested in selling overpriced toner at $70.00 for each of the 4 required colors. The customer ends up spending $300.89 to replace all 4 toner cartridges. If you want a high-capacity yield toner, then you pay $99.00 for each color so replacement exceeds the cost of the printer. Don't waste your money - find a printer that allows a reasonable minimum print setting and isn't going to cost as much if not more to replace the toner on an unreasonable, frequent basis.

Great printer. My family and I have enough printing need to actually require a "real" printer. This is a great little machine with a relatively small footprint. It holds a whole ream of paper and has a toner saver setting. The "scan to computer" function is a little flakey, We use a flash-drive. Every time our network goes down I have to reconfigure the firewall as Cox wont let me assign static IPs. Doesn't affect the printer functions though. We've only had it a few months and only printed maybe a few hundred pages. I'll update this if things change. Oh yeah, My wife cant use the touch screen, It doesn't like her. so we have a stylus tethered to control pad and it works great! Works fine for me tho, lol

Easy to install excellent printing easy to use love it

Excellent product! Setup is easy and it's extremely easy to use. Print quality is great. I've used the document feeder many times to scan or copy multiple-page documents. There was never even a hint of a feeder paper jam, not a whimper. I wish every piece of tech equipment I owned was this good. You will not be dissapointed.

Bought this printer on the recommendation of my brother. My fiancé and I are in graduate school, so we are always printing something. We had been using an HP printer with HP instant ink, but the ink cartridges would smear, and we had to pay for the $12/month ink plan. In the long run, this printer should be saving us money. One toner cartridge usually prints about 3000 pages, so we are set for a while! Reason for four stars is that the setup may not be easy for someone who isn’t technologically inclined. You must change the settings on the printer to have the PC drivers override the printer settings to get the printer to use the proper paper you have loaded.

I've had this printer for about a month now. I have been very pleased with the quality of the printing, scanning, and copying (both color and b/w). It is my first laser printer, as I have always used ink jet, and is much faster. Had a few questions with set-up, called customer service and got excellent service from native English speakers.

This printer is amazing. Starting from the easy to set up part. It literally takes just a few minutes. The color of the printer is great, whether its for work or just printing some photos, this printer does the job very well. For the price, its a very good printer.

Great printer, only downside was how fast I ran out of black ink. Had to replace toner less than three weeks and a few hundred prints. I'm hoping it was just a sample amount with.

Although our Samsung MFP still works, after several years and everyone working and schooling at home we needed a new one. The Canon fit the bill and has been producing non stop with no issues since we got it hooked up to the network. Duplexing is great, and we printed all our holiday labels and envelopes with no problems.

We've been satisfied with Canon Printers for many years and we're glad to find this Canon Laser Printer. As best as we can tell, it's going to be a great asset to our work. We will need to investigate printing on glossy photo paper as that has been problematic. Apart from that, day to day copying and scanning and proven to be first class.

With COVIS and kids online learning and I working from home we needed to upgrade to a laser printer. Works fast! I am having issues keeping our phones connected for automatic printing but that may be user error.

Good printer for home office use. It can also be used at work. But be sure to download and update the printer drivers since you will have trouble printing form the main paper tray because of windows 10 updates!
