I like the product as this printer works well. Read a number of reviews that stated they lost connectivity but I've had no issue with this at all. The manual needs to be easier to use and there is no description that I could find the use for "extra" plastic piece that comes in the box. Apparently I was not alone and after several searches, found out it is used on the paper tray when using legal paper. More cosmetic than anything but a nice touch. Don't believe you can find a better printer, copier, scanner for the price.

Best decision ever about buying a printer, after three months print quality still remains perfect. We used to have one of the cheapest in the market, which its cartridges does not last long enough, this one has paid off itself with all the savings we had in just ink

I waz debating between this unit, and a unit for almost twice as much. I have used my printer as a network printer, and couldn't be happier. The large paper tray, and speed of printing are my 2nd and 3rd favorite features. Even though the more expensive unit had more features, the one I settled on is great, and a better value overall for me.

Purchase this to replace a 7 plus year old HP color laser, and it performs better and have more features than the old printer. I even pay more for the old printer. One caveat is, it is a bit hard to setup, need to watch some videos on Cannon's site to get the full extend of it. Otherwise, it is a really good printer and performs really well.

Easy set up, use, print quality excellent, recommend highly

My husband bought this because it would scan 50 pages at a time through the feeder. It takes a bit for things to start to print and it makes noises even when it’s not printing. The REAL problem is with scanning. It won’t stay connected to our computer and everyday we have to reload the printer driver. I’ve tried the online chat with Cannon and each time when it’s finally my turn in the queue, I get a message that there are no agents available to “chat” with me.

Really well made and a good quality product! Bought this on sale at Black Friday mainly for school assignments requiring color ink, but it does a lot and I am overall really happy with this purchase. The only thing it does not do is fax, which would be nice, but is not necessary. Very simple setup, took maybe 15-30 minutes all together.

We loved our Canon black and white laser printer so much that when it broke down after 13 years we decided to get a color one. It is really great! Hooking it up to wifi so we can share it with all our devices was easy. We expect another 13 years of fast, reliable printing, scanning and faxing.

I love this printer has all the features i need and some i dont. I scan my Form Bills Etc directly to my computer as a PDF. Excellent Quality Color Laser images.., Brand toneris expensive the there are Compatible Toners available I reccomend TrueImage Brand

This is an awesome all-in-one machine. I totally would've kept it except I need the duplex scan/print function. But is that isn't necessary for you then this is a great product for the money.

After purchasing this printer, I will never go back to an inkjet printer again. It is fast, quiet and prints exceptionally well. The toner cartridges don’t dry up like out inkjet cartridges and they yield a ton more prints. Great purchase and highly recommended! It’s also the best looking color laser in its class! You won’t be disappointed.

So far seems to be running well. Delivery was a day early, so thats always nice. My only issue is the Canon software. It was a bit of an awkward process, but got through it.

We bought the printer during the Black Friday sale. We already had the Epson inkjet printer. But it was not printing well. The Cannon printer is amazing. The prints are really good. I like the wireless printing feature. I also like the paper feeder scanning feature. It is really handy. I love the printer.

1st, setup was a royal pain. Directions weren't good and even after setup, I had trouble printing... and I found out why. You see, after setup, the printer went to sleep.. when I tried to print, it didn't wake. When I manually woke it, the printer acted as if it weren't connected to my wireless network even thought it was showing an IP address and what not. Well, I finally got it to print. I had to do a hard reboot... as in using the power button to turn it off then on. It prints fine then. But if it ever goes to sleep, I have to power cycle it. What a PITA! Outside of that, it does everything else fine. It's quiet, and prints quickly and smudging or anything... I'm keeping the printer, in the hopes Canon comes out with a firmware upgrade to fix this, since I don't print often and leave the printer off most times.

A great printer with all the features that one need. Wireless, mobile print, automatic duplex, fast print, white color, and the right size for a all in one printer.

I bought this laser printer because I was tired of other printers running out of ink so quickly. This printer boasts 2500 pages of printing prior to ink change (vs 200 pages on an ink jet printer). Set up and wireless connection was seamless. Pages are printed with clear images.
