Well worth price paid compared to competing products costing 50-60%more. Good Customer Service on net. You may encounter some difficulty downloading the drivers specific to your computer but tech spot fixed it. Good quality. Good user interface.

I hate this printer a lot. Not at all worth the values. Issue: Connectivity issue. first, it took a hell of lot of time to connect first. Very complex configuration. Second: their mobile app sucks. very poor. Third and the worst: their customer care is a big joke. You will always wait for 1hr to be connected and later the call gets dropped.

The good: Its a printer... it prints well, clear, doesn't put off too much toner odor either. Wireless printing is nice having come from not having that! The bad: has occasional error codes, and for whatever reason it will not accept any paper I put in it without a fight. Even if its the correct paper setting. Which kind of eliminates any benefit from wireless printing...

This is exactly what I needed. Setting up and connecting the printer was not as intuitive as the set-up instructions would have one believe. I am still running into connectivity issues when the printer is idle for an extended period of time.

I bought this on Black Friday to replace an inkjet printer in my home. I’d always wanted a laser printer and with the cost of these printers coming way down opted to go this route. So far it works great. I’m able to print wirelessly from any device in my house (including my iPhone and iPad) and the print quality is great.

It was a gift for a family member. They returned it because it was too big for there use. The reason I got this one because I got it for half price on sale. Canon printers I buy and have never had problems.

works well to printand copy so far. have not tried scan. THIS DOES NOT HAVE FAX! The pictures on your web site show images with fax but none is present, kind of a rip off

Love the printer. I am not a high volume user and this more than meets my needs. Love the print quality of the Canon - I have owned several. My only problem has been with keeping it connected to the wireless. I am a Mac user so the problem may be a compatibility with the Mac or a Mac problem (I am not a techie). It seemed that I would have to reset everything if I wanted to print something and had not done so in a couple of days. Finally just hard wired as I the wireless connection is not critical to me.

Overall it’s a great printer. AirPrint works well to connect devices to cannon app. It is working well for our “online” school for 3 kids. Speed and quality good! Overall happy!

It was so easy to set up and is so clear and fast.

Good versatile printer/scanner. The bundled scanning software is decent, but is missing the ability to deskew. When feeding documents into the feeder they often are skewed slightly, and the issue seems to be worse with larger stacks of paper. I found some free scanning software online to use with this scanner. Photo scanning quality is acceptable, but not amazing. Some photos with glossy or reflective finish get a streak due to a reflection from the texture on the scan head.

This printer has all the features I need, including double sided printing and it performs very well. Network connectivity and mobile printing is also flawless. My only criticism would be the size, it's huge, but highly functional. I would easily recommend this printer if space is not an issue.

Connected with Bonjour on my Mac, and my IPad and my iPhone. Too easy. Very good color, takes up some space but replacing a multifunction inkjet. Have been very happy with so far. I print maybe 10-12 pages of info per day, so should last me a while!

Great price and better printer. Excellent for house use.

This printer is great at printing & other functions. It takes a bit of figuring out how to get it to work via sending emails and scanning to a pdf file. But once that is established- works great.

laser printing over bubblejet is so nice to have! no more HP printer cartridges drying up or not finish printing!

Good price and quality， but it does a weird thing that wont connect to my laptop once for a while. Every time that happens I have to reset it and set up whole thing again.

Great professional level scanner\printer. Replaced all my older printers with this. Nice black\white and rich color printing. A lot of features including duplex printing (double sided), Apple air print and Google print. Can print right from my iPhone or Chromebook. Got this for a great Black Friday price.

I've had this printer for over a year now, and it has been working great, no issues this whole time. I'm just recently had to replace the toner cartridge (which are inexpensive) and it was the easiest printer I've ever had to replace toner. Great printer for a great price

The printer works well, is fairly fast and the colors are good. The screen menus are a little hard to understand but the feature set is very good. The ink is very expensive.
