It is a great all-around color laser printer, connects to multiple devices with two paper trays (letter size and legal size), including a USB port, etc. Great for small business and a home office to replace an Inkjet printer

This was a great buy. Both my husband and I work from home now so the printer is getting a lot more use. We wanted the ability to airprint and our old printer did not have that capability. Decided to upgrade to this one and the airprint works great. Best benefit that I've found that I had not thought of was being able to print double sided now. Also, had to call customer service once already and that went smoothly, too (less than 5 minute wait and got a very knowledgeable tech).

Haven’t used it long, but was easy to set up and use. It was a Christmas gift for my family. I got it on a Black Friday deal. I can print wirelessly from phones, tablets and laptops. Doesn’t go through ink as fast as my inkjet printers have in the past.

Excellent machine for the price. Runs well, installation was pretty simple and print quality is good. The touchscreen display is a great addition and printing on both sides of paper is automatic! Several steps up from my inkjet!

This is a replacement for my prior old Workforce which finally died. I really like this new Canon. It is less cumbersome but provides the full range of services that I need and the quality of the printouts and copies is wonderful.

Best printer I have ever owned. I typically buy a relatively cheap ink printer but with the kids in virtual school this has been a great purchase. No issues with setup, wireless, or printing. Great product for the investment.

Easy set up, easy printing. I bought it only to use with my android and it works really easy. You just need to download an app and do a quick set up and done. Took me about an hour from taking it out from the box to test printing.

Bought this as a gift for my dad. He uses a printer a lot for his business. It's easy for him to use and you don't have to worry about the ink going bad with toners. I want one for me!

Had major issues connecting this printer to our computers. In fact, we contacted Canon and we were directed to a person we thought was a Canon representative. He tried to help us but when he failed, he told us we needed to purchase a lifetime subscription to a platform for $299.00 that would allow us to use our printer and protect from viruses. We declined. In the end, our friend helped us set up the printer. Very frustrating experience. This being said, we are still unable to print remotely - only works when connected to a cable.

Probably the simplest to use of all the laser printers I have ever owned. Double Sided Printing, Collate, and even Booklet Printing with a single keystroke.

Color laser printing and wireless capability working well upon setup (with some small configuration on printer and router). Printing in color (without the wet ink cartridges of an inkjet which may start to dry out with infrequent use) is primarily what I was looking for - so I am satisfied. I did notice one shortcoming: Custom (non-standard) paper sizes (where you enter paper dimensions) are supported in the printer's configuration options - but from my experience that did not seem to work.

Needed a newer print for invoices and creating colorful labels for products. Had been recommended by vendor who recycle toner cartridges. Very easy to hook up as a multi station printer, less than 5 minutes per computer! Our did not come with a fax card, so we are not able to fax. Cons: has a sleep setting that you can change the time, however, you can not go over 9 minutes. You can air print, but not while the machine is in sleep mode.
