I have had a hard time getting this thing connected ...not very intuitive but prints great!

Works well. Having a hard time with Scanner. No one seems to be able to figure out why it does not work.

I purchased this printer because I am now working from home. It has all the features I need in an office printer — color laser, two-sided, multiple paper sizes, etc. Much more professional than my old desktop inkjet.

Been printing on this thing for the last month and a half and the quality is great, the wifi has zero issues and the toner seems to be holding up quite well in terms of how much I print. Solid printer for the money.

Works well and pretty fast. The output looks good and pictures are decent.

Easy to set up, print quality is good. Wifi drops often, better with wired than wireless.

This printer is great, but it is very big. I didn't pay attention to the dimensions when I considered it, so that is my fault and not a ding on the printer. Just be aware of the size.

The reason I purchased this printer was for its speed when printing photos. Thankfully, it prints as fast as advertised.

Printing quality is excellent for both 1 sided and 2 sided but when doing 2 sided it is very slow. That’s my only complaint.

I have no problem with color laser printer at all. Cd disk comes with printer installing on windows 10 laptop works fine except for Mac laptop. With Mac laptop, you have to go to canon website to down load software from there before you can install on Mac. Here is the issue I can not figure out yet, how to print duplex on paper. I have no problem to print duplex on windows 10 laptop. Also make sure you are connected to the same internet Sid I’d when you installed software and configured. Mac has the issue like it can not print out after your Sid reboot. You have to go to system reference to click on the printer and click on the icon Canon print and it will allow to connect to printer before you can print paper.

I've had the printer for one month and so far its been real great. I didn't know it was going to be "big"-- bigger than my last epson (which only lasted for a year). tHe setup was easy enough to do, a little confusion with the WIFI setup but I was able to manage through and troubleshoot. I was able to have it up and running within 45 min. Im able to connect with my PC, laptop and my phone via WIFI without any problems. the print is real great. NO complaints! it's my first time with a laser printer and so far I'm liking the print. I hope it continues like this for a long time!

Big, loud, but gets the job done in a fast manner. Can’t complain about it very much. We knew what we were buying

I love this printer. I bought it for personal use, it is a bit big for personal use but good to have it. I do not use printer often, still using sample cartridges which came with the printer.

Best color laser printer ever. Superb printing, nice and clear. Great colors. Got it for a great price on sale. I'd buy another one again. I bought this to do some paperwork and print out scanned docs.

This one was on a deeply discounted promotion and when i compared the spec's there wasn't much of a difference with the much higher priced alternatives. I've always had HP make printers, but this one makes me wonder why?!

I bought this several weeks ago and it works great. Hooked right up to my wireless router and prints from my dell laptop, no problem. Nice color, prints fast. A keeper.

I think the software is a step below HP, but I've had no issues printing and the upfront cost more than makes up for having to spend 100 bucks every few months on an inkjet.

This is hands down the best printer I have ever owned. I have used every brand and many models. Setup is not to bad, but after it is setup it is worth it! Does eveything it is suposed to do and well!

It is a pretty nice printer. I don’t personally use it I bought it for my wife for school she loves it.

Seems to be great, but I have had a hard time getting it to print when on my Dell or wife Apple. It doesn’t always show up. Not sure if when it goes into rest mode, it becomes not recognizable on network. Also tried to scan to email and I had to set up parameters from the laptop/software. I haven’t done that yet, so I scanned to jump drive. It is a bit loud and slow to spoil up when printing. But we were using a inkjet prior to this. Quality of the print is outstanding.
