Difficult to get scanning working It’s also very large (takes up a lot of space on desk)

Haven’t had the machine that long but seems to work great so far. Installation was a breeze with my MacBook.

Plug and play. When installing the software automatically looked for updated software and connected to the internet to get it. One simple click allows the software to do all it needs to do.

This Canon Laser printer is working very well and is handling all our household printing chores quickly and efficiently. It is exactly as advertised, and we are very happy with our purchase.

This printer is a great printer . . . easy to use, easy to learn functionality, etc. My one and only complaint is with Canon, not Best Buy. The term "All-in-One" is deceiving. To me, that means it prints, scans, copies, and faxes. However, this printer does not have fax capabilities. There are other, more expensive Canon laser printers with fax capabilities. I didn't look at them because I wrongly assumed "All-in-One" meant fax capability was included. It was my responsibility to fully investigate the capabilities of whatever printer I bought, so I've got no one to blame but myself. That being said, Canon needs to be more specific and up front in their advertising about what "All-in-One" includes.

One of the few printers I have had with no issues at all. There is no borderless printing but prints come out amazing. Pictures would be better in inkjets, however they are still pretty good coming out of this printer.

This functions very well. Have a few issues with default paper tray settings but im probably doing something wrong. Not looking forward to replacing 4 toners though.

Easy to set up. Easy to get networked. Small footprint for a color laser jet. Ordering and pickup was also very user friendly. So far, a great experience all around.

Tried other branded laser printers but the Canon's are superior. Does everything it is suppose to do. No complaints except for the cost to get replacement toner cartridges.

This was a great purchase recommend to others. This printer is easy to setup and quality is great. The only challenge was scan to email but it was because of the security within Gmail, not a printer issue.

Works well but still can't get this machine to print from the print drawer...it's always looking to the manual feed for every job. Have tried every possible setting...and still no go. What does print does so in a fabulous way...but it's really been a bit of trouble!

Took a little getting used to the touch screen (I'm a tactile feedback type of guy), but it works well. Small and compact workhorse. Better than the HP's I've bought in the past. I only buy color LaserJets now because so many InkJets have failed in quality over time. Cost for the printer itself is good, but gave it a 4 star only because the toner, as most people know, are still the most costly part of these pieces of equipment.

It’s fast, the colors are crisp, and it prints from my phone and my laptop. Somehow it automatically duplexes if there is more than one page, which saves paper. It makes good quality copies, too.

I normally don't like these all-in-one printers but the canon is a decent name and this works well

Easy to set up. The customer service found my requested Printer even though it was listed as not in stock. Came on time, actually early. Best value I could find in all my internet searches.

Solid printer! Does everything I wanted to do for a small home office. At times, it is slow to communicate, but I am never doing anything high volume. Good purchase.

Printer is fast. Printouts look sharp and the color is looks great. The printer was easy to set up hook up to wireless network. I like the double sided printing ting feature. Good quality printer for the money.

This printer is on the larger size, but it prints great right out of the box. Didnt take too long to set up or install the program on my computer. It quickly prints one or two sided pages and the qaulity is great!
