Purchased as a relacement for an ink jet printer. Excellent print quality, and prints so much faster than an ink jet. I do wish it could print via email. But cannot have everything.

AWESOME!!! Highly recommended! Printer is everything I had hoped for. With COVID and homeschooling 6 people are using this printer from 10 different Apple devices.

I really like this printer. I decided to stop wasting time with these cheap inkjet printers that you have to replace every few years. Added to wife’s home office.

This is a great color laser printer. The scanner also works wonderfully and the navigation screen on the unit itself is very user friendly.

This is a replacement printer for my older laser printer, very well investment and worth the money, the best part is after I purchase it, the price went up!

Unit works great. Pretty quiet. Print quality is very good. Originally bought a lower end model but within a month returned that one for this one. Mainly for the dual Sided scan.

Good quality printer! We absolutely enjoy using this printer. It does a very good job in printing. Definitely would recommend this printer. It works wirelessly too.

I have never owned a Canon printer before. I owned HP and Epson inkjets but wanted to go with a laser because the toner doesn't bleed as easily. Saw this as an attractive black friday deal and thought I would give it a try. I like to think I am somewhat above average in my technical abilities. The screen isn't as user friendly as other brands. This was also a lot more difficult to set up than my HP and Epson printers. Those were pretty quick and easy. I contacted Canon support twice and the wait time was over an hour each time. I eventually got sick of waiting. I have Geek Squad Total Tech Support so I called them and they took care of my issue relatively quick. So far the printer does what I need it to do. But the Canon customer service was non-existent. It was hard to find the support number and I never actually talked to someone because the wait times were so long. If you never need tech support this Canon printer may be fine. But I prefer piece of mind knowing I won't waste a ton of time waiting to talk with someone to resolve my issue if needed. I am not confident I will get that with Canon.

This printer was a bit of a challenge to set up, but was great once we got it going. The copies and print jobs are clean and crisp.

I would have given this product 5 stars but for the fact that I did not realize that the 642 does not do duplex scanning, only duplex printing. My previous printer, the 634 did both and that is what I wanted. However, the MF644Cdw that does this is not available, period. Kind of disappointing I cannot get the product I really wanted.

This is my second purchase of this same printer. I bought one for myself and liked it so well, I got one for my wife who is now working from home thanks to COVID

I got this printer because I was tired of ink printer cartel lol .This printer replaced my old mx922 color printer . So far I am loving it . The printer is a little loud but I don't mind it since my last printer was slower and almost as loud . The wireless setup was super easy on my windows PC and the canon app on my Iphone works just fine . ADF wireless scanner was the selling point for me . I still don't like that there is no duplex scanning when even my old inkjet mx922 had that function . Still , it has been a great addition and I am glad that I bought it !

It's nice having a color laser printer, but even though my router is not far from the printer, I need a Wi-Fi extender for the printer to connect to my router. Otherwise, I'll have to move the printer closer to my Wi-Fi router. I am disappointed that the printer cannot receive signals when it's not that far from my Wi-Fi router. Also, I wish the cartridges that came with the printer had a greater amount of ink in them.

Great family printer. The wifey loves it for work and personal. the kids are able to print all their school work. This upgrade was very much needed for the family.

Great printer! Easy set up, easy to load drivers. Just scan from your computer if you want a compiled document, rather than multiple, individual pages.
