Printer is very fast, great quality whether it's color or B&W. Scanning documents to the computer is also very fast and easy to set up.

It has a great touch screen interface which is responsive and speedy. WiFi setup was quite easy. Great output speed and double sided is awesome

Absolutely amazing printer when it comes to just making simple prints and copy's. If you want to use some of the more technical features it's extremely hard to use and I haven't been able to figure some of it out and have given up. With that being said I love the quality.

Print quality could be a bit better, but I got it on sale. The wireless function kind of sucks since it disconnects pretty often. Not as bad as the brother one I bought previously, but it does get annoying. I would imagine hardwiring the printer onto the network would be much better to prevent this. Print quality wise I wish it was a bit sharper during prints. Not sure if it is just crappier starter cartridges, but text isn't full black if you look closely. Also if you plan on printing on card stock please take note of the types of paper it can take as it is unable to print on super heavy cardstock. Letter feeder works well, but it doesn't tell you something is in there and I haven't figured out how to eject if it gets stuck.

Very fast printing while not being too noisy. Fast scanning. Scanning to the folder is a great feature to have.

This color laser printer is decent but affordable. For less than 300, it’ll fit most people’s needs. Hardware setup was easy but the UI needs a lot of work. Many users, including me, experienced unnecessarily complicated process to set up printing from WiFi.

big and poor instructions, If you look on line you can get better instructions, After that you can set as you prefer. good product after set up

It has worked perfect for what I need, working from home. Its fast, can scan, copy, and print in color.

Very difficult setup. Certainly not for the novice, IMHO. The driver for this printer is of a generic kind, so it doesn't display ink toner usage, I still don't have all the bugs worked out. Very stressful. HOWEVER...the print quality is great!

This type of printer is just what I was looking for. Does EVERYTHING. Also, I was able to purchase on sale, so I saved $80.00.
