Does the job efficiently. Software is not user friendly though

This printer has made life so convenient. And picture quality is great, was able to print a picture from my phone with great quality.

Definitely will not replace this with other brand of printers. This one is easy to use and instructions are easy to follow. Love it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The quality of laser print vs ink jet is incredible. Set up relatively easy. Not a whole lot of troubleshooting info but for one think it is awesome!

Printer is built like a tank! Big, bulky and heavy. Make sure you have space to place this behemoth!

Nice printer. Always purchased inkjets before but after speaking to a very helpful sales manager I chose the laser. So glad I did..well worth the money.

Printer works great. Easy setup. No complaints. Got tired of dried up inkjet print heads due to lack of use. Don't have to worry about that any more.

So far, I've mostly only been able to place objects on the copy machine to make copies. It did accept communication from my cell phone for a short period but quit and I dont understand why. I've yet to get it to communicate with my computer. I am between two homes for the last 1 1/2 years, which are hours away from each other and dont have time to deak with it. This is the first copy machine that I have purchased that is so user unfriendly! The enclosed information tells you nothing. I will have to call to find out how to set it up but, jave no time right now. At this time, I cannot recommend it

Bought this for my parents to replace their printer that died. Very similar to the one I bought for myself a year ago. My brother happened to be visiting and spent an hour finding and loading a printer driver so they could make it work. In the 4 weeks after that, mom and dad had a lot of trouble getting it to print. At first had to wake it up before it would print wirelessly. Then even that wouldn't work. Tried various drivers, and it would only print sometimes. The only way Best Buy would help is if they brought it in, which is pretty hard for two people in their 80's. They finally got someone to help load it up in their car and return it. They bought the same model i got, the MF733Cdw. I haven't had any problems with that one, and I love it. This one was difficult, no idea why. I gave it a 2 only because when it did work, it was nice.

An affordable color laser printer/copier/scanner. I’d recommend it.

I love the machine. The only downfall is the disc that comes with it does not include all software so you have to go online to download it from Canon.

The sale pricing was the selling point. Decent color printing. Scanning it a bit of a problem. Follow the steps on the Canon website as well as YouTube and it still doesn't work. The same goes will trying to scan to an email address such as a gmail account.

The printer performs better than I imaged. I was surprised at its quick delivery. From order to being at my front door was great.

Bought this in Nov 2020 and it is now acting up despite no rough handling. Its been sitting in one place, never relocated. The scanner made a strange noise one day after using in-place scanning mode and it has since refused to operate at all. I reset it once, it worked for a couple days and then errored out and no longer works. I researched, found a possible fix requiring removal of scanner lid and glass plate; Have yet to try fix action. I will go back to a Brother printer after this.

This printer is awesome. Exceptional print quality - even on pictures. Prints two-sided, easy scan feature, easy wireless hook up. Highly recommended.
