I love this printer it prints great and the colors are bright and vibrant. My only complaint is that the starter ink ran out pretty fast and I’m getting a lot of paper jams.

Good multi function all in one. Connectivity issues with Mac. Had to uninstall and reinstall a few times.

The printer is pretty noisy but prints beautifully and most importantly stays connected to the WiFi.

The best color laser printer I have ever used. I also tried the MF 641 cw color laser printer. It was also outstanding but didn't have duplexing. If you use the "Elite" brand of paper (28 pounds) you will have no need for other types of paper. This printer, MF 642 Cdw, with duplexing is quick and easy to use. The first time it used the duplex side of the house it caught me off guard, pleasantly so. Well worth the money.

Constant printing errors! Printing quality is great, but you never know if it’s going to actually work or give an error message. Definitely do not recommend for the almost $400 price tag. **Return window is only 14 days**

awesome printer, especially when on sale. we use this as our sticker printer and absolutely love it.

This works great but it is larger than I expected. Set up went smoothly and I love having a copy machine.

I like the printer but we have to replace toner so much. We use it a lot but about in 2 weeks we needed to replace black toner 2 times! I was about to return the printer and found out the returning date is within 2 weeks and it was 2 weeks and 2 days... After that we are trying to use less color and try to save toner and getting better. However less than 2 months of use it start printing with magenta color on the paper when we are printing back/white. I called best buy to get help but they told me to call canon since it is still new. I called canon (FYI:it was hard to get some help on the phone.) And they told me to check toner and I found out the magenta toner that we have not replaced since we bought in end of July from Best Buy was not even canon brand toner. And it was the problem. I checked original Cyan toner that I had not tossed yet and it was also not canon toner. That was the original toner in the printer from Best Buy. Best buy sells the printer with toner that is not even canon brand. I might bought one that someone returned!?
