Hard to navigate and setup. Not a very user friendly interface. Not easy to customize. Other brands have a much easier setup. Claims it has ifax, but for the life of me, I cannot get it to work. Originally thought it had fax capability built it since it was an all in one, but not the case. Keeps disconnecting from computer, so it wil. Not scan unless i reset computer. Would not recommend. Thought about returning, but no longer have box.

Good printer. Prints on both sides of paper. Network easy to set up. Unfortunately the scanner will not scan on both sides using the document feeder. I would not have purchased if known in advance.

I don't use it for fax, but the color printing and copy functions are excellent. I haven't been able to operate the "scan" function yet, and can't figure out why. Once that's sorted out, I'm sure it will be worth a 5-star rating. In the meantime, not.

It broke within 2 weeks of use. Canon is replacing it with a refurbished one but they don’t recommend use of anything thicker than regular paper and maximum 60lb card stock. For any of my fellow crafters they specifically said no waterslide paper in it. They claimed my use of 65lb card stock is the reason the fixing assembly broke not the paper jam of regular paper that I pulled out that started the issues.

Got this for home office and it wasn't super easy to setup. I'm 29 and I could see some older people who don't have technology intuitiveness have difficulty setting this up. Print speed is ok; definitely would not pay full price for this item I got it at 199.

The printer does its job. But the paper tray was broken when I received it. It is so heavy and I don’t want to return it. It still works but I feel bad as I thought I bought a new printer.

Nice printer for under $300. Has many features, most of which I won't use but has great versatility for a home office or small business. Starter toner goes quickly so expect an additional expense within a few weeks or so depending on use.
