The wireless printer function while printing from the mobile phone has some issues at times. That is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

Works great, but a little bit of a pain to setup

I tried the same thing following instructions over and over again, but the only thing that FINALLY worked was allowing IP direct connection and haven't had an issue since.

Good once set up but painful installation

Had to download driver and install so overall not so user friendly.

Tired of Inkjet

Plenty of great functions. Cartridges are not cheap but they will outlast the 50-60 dollar inkjet replacement.

This kept going off line so I wasn't able to use the bluetooth feature which is a disappointment. Other than that it's been a good product
