Scanner does not work

I used Geek Squad Total Tech Support to access my computer and see if they could get it working. After 3 hours, they told me that the scanner must be broken on the printer and I would need to return it and get a new one. I did this and now am having problems with the new printer being unable to scan too. Do not buy this printer if you need it the scanning feature. Also, the total tech support from Geek Squad is not worth it unless you have several hours to waste anytime you need them.

Worse Printer Ever

Difficult to set up especially if you are trying to scan to email. I called the support line and they took me through 30 steps (not in manual) to set up this machine. At the end, it didn't even work. Lastly, I was told it doesn't "scan" both side. Only prints both side.

I like this printer.

I have to factor in that I'm not a techy person and needed a lot of help from the Geeks to get it set up and useable, but I got there.
