As a new owner of this product I can tell you that this printer is awesome, the color scheme and the options that it has it’s amazing. It actually gives you an option to see what type of paper are you using and how you can either choose size or type of paper that you want to use, a product I do recommend.

Very heavy , 48lb. Took awhile to install , but I figured it out , when air printing , its alittle slow and takes some time for the printer to show up as list of printers , it’s annoying and maybe a deal breaker , That’s why I give it 2 stars , the manual is no help , extra pieces came with the unit , have no idea where they go , My last printer was a all in one Hp Might hold on to it lol thank

It is good for home use idk what people are saying about disconnecting from the internet but just slow to start but overall great to use

I was tired of messing with inkjet printers and replacing inkjet cartridges that were dried up. I am happy with my new color laser printer. Print quality is good and it is fast and easy to use. Works well over wifi with all my devices (desktop computer, laptop, tablet, and cell phone).

I bought this printer in January. Unfortunately, it doesn't work with my MacBook Air. It printed a couple of times, but then stopped working. I reinstalled the driver, and it worked 1 time after that. Now it has stopped working, even after reinstalling the driver several times. It works with my Sony Vaio perfectly, and has never given me any problems with Windows OS. If you have a Mac, stay away from this printer.

So far everything is good. The printer looks good and works good. It also arrived ahead of time. I just gave it a 4 because i have not had it long enough to really say more.

Setup was a bit complicated. It took two visits by Geek Squad to complete a successful install to our two desktop computers.

Love the machine but very confusing to figure some of the settings like how to set up the remote iu so i can scan and send to my email.

Really good quality, was probably more than I needed. Some features are far, far too complicated to get working such as scan to email.

We found this printer on sale to use in our home office/school. Prints well and the ink cartridges last awhile. The replacement ink is rather expensive.

A great printer. I have another 8500 series and love them both. The only problem is it indicates a Toner is out of date or expired when it has ink remaining.

Replaced an old Samsung Color Laser that had wireless problems. I have 2 Canon's at my office that I like, so went with this. So far so good.

Still learning how to set this up and use it. Great pack and un-packing instructions. At least its set up ... now, need to figure out how to connect it.

I was so excited to have found a great price on this Canon all in one. I have had it since November and I have really loved this printer for the past 5 months. I just had to change my black cartridge and I have been printing alot! Really happy I made a great choice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was looking for an inexpensive printer that used toner instead of ink. This one seems to be a good one for that. Not super crisp printing but good enough for home usage.

Good printer works fine. OEM ink works well. Only issue i see is the printer noice. It makes too much noice.
