The printer now works fine. The set-up was a nightmare! The instructions from Canon were poor at best. I could not get the printer to connect to my laptop. It took 2 techs from Geeksquad, and a costly USB cable($40+) and nearly 4 hours to finally get the printer to be recognized by my best buy hp laptop! Some really lousy service! Didn't Best Buy test the printer before rushing to sell it??

I've had this printer for over 2 years and it has been flawless in every feature. It just works. Always connected. Best printer I've ever had. Will continue to get Canon for the home office!

Our first impression is printer ought to fit our needs of low volume printing due to laser jet process rather than ink jet. However need to figure out how to print pictures on photo paper and change size in tray

Haven't been able to connect the printer to my laptop yet because I don't have the CD drive, however I print from my phone and it works perfectly.

Got this on sale and have to admit I am presently surprised. It is not as big as it looks which I am happy about. In my oprion a laser printer is the only option with speed and longevity. I love the multi page scanner option.

I’m very happy with the quality of this printer. The resolution is really good and can print on a variety of mediums, even overhead transparency sheets. The controls take a little getting used to, such as switching paper types, but overall easy to use.

This is a great printer for a very small office. The only thing I have not been able to figure out is the network control settings. Otherwise it does double sided printing. Since its still relatively new I am still learning the machine.

Great product. Confusing for initial setup and not clear instructions in the manual. Had to watch Youtube videos to assist in wireless setup.

9 out of 10 times i have to unplug it to reset it so it will work. The paper always changes so i have physically go to the printer, touch a button and it will print. I wouldn't purchase again. So frustrating and the GEEK squad out 2x's to fix the issues above, but they still continued after a while.

Very good printer. Printer drivers for Apple computers do not work and can be difficult to set up. Must use AirPrint.

I am happy to have Canon color laser printer. However, still, I am struggling to calibrate color. It looks too much purple. Adjustment still not working.

The quality of the printer is excellent even on a setting from file that indicates "Draft." This was highly recommended from Consumer Report Magazine and rated highest. For the price, it is an excellent high quality laser printer.

I really like this printer. I was able to connect my MacBook and my Dell laptop to this printer easily. And although the description said one-sided printing only, imagine my surprise when it actually prints double-sided. That is most excellent.

Great customer service. I like to purchase products on Best Buy. The store have great discounts and variety of electronics. Employees are very resourceful when asked to find a product you need. Thanks for your excellent customer service.

Bought this for the company to replace an outdated Kodak. Major upgrade and major difference. After comparing brands and weeks of research, this is a great investment for any small business.

Great printer that easily integrates into the network and allows for printing from a mobile device with ease. Scan to email took a bit of work but otherwise it is simple to set-up. The warm up time is quick, too.

This printer is good for my windows machine but fails at air printing. I can't recommend it right now for Apple air print printing.

Received a bad unit from the factory. Installed & setup by the Geek Squad, Worked for one day. Geek Quad came back out and said to return the unit as defective. Received the new unit today. Still have faith in Canon. Went through 3 HP printers that all had problems.

The printer has performed well for our home office use. The user guide doesn’t have as much information as I felt like it should and I seem to have to look online for answers. It is also pretty loud, but it has performed well for us.
