I picked up this printer after my Brother printer stopped working. I picked it up when it was on sale and love the fact it is color. I use to own an ink jet printer and was tired of the ink cartridges always drying out on me.

This thing does everything you need a home or small business printer to do! My only complaint is that I have an extra piece. It's shown in the picture of included pieces, but is never used in subsequent steps...strange.

Canon scanner application needs some work, had to use windows driver, and scews the imiage

Has all features you could want and is wireless. Toner is always the largest cost of ownership.

Excellent printer. Great for high volume printing. Does not have the capability to print 2 sided documents

This product has been a bit of a mixed bag. When it works as intended, it's the perfect printer for my home office. On the other hand, there are some features that just don't seem to work properly all the time. Setup is also not for the novice user, as it can be confusing and difficult to find where and how to setup some basic features (scan to email, for example).

I use this everyday for homeschool and have yet to have a problem. Setup can be a bit tricky if you're not sure what you're doing. I had a little trouble setting up the wireless printing.

I bough it on sale. Not recommend for the full price. Not so intuitive to setup. Issues with choosing feeder.

So far I’m liking the printer. It’s a fine size, light weight. Convenient you can fit it anywhere.

Do NOT get the 'renewel ink subscription' as it is very deceptive. The subscription makes an AUTOMATIC $300 purchase of ink after 8 months of purchasing the printer. My husband was charged by Best Buy and thought it was a fraudulent purchase, cancelled his current credit card to get another one. After all this stress, he found out that the printer automatically orders $300 worth of ink. So far we have not received any inc cartridges, and when we do we plan on returning them and getting our money back. This subscription has obvious flaws and is a waste of time and money. Other than that awful experience, we've had this printer for a year and so far it's worked fine. A little challenging at first to connect with computers and WIFI, but now we can print from all our devices fine.

I was able to ask a questions and learn about which copier was best for me. The lady who helped me was the sales representative from that particular copier company. The entire staff was friendly and courteous.

I've always hated ink jet printers so I bought this laser printer. Why did I wait so long to switch. Cost of the printer is great. Replacement ink is a bit pricey but at least it won't dry up like ink jet ink.

I like this machine, It saves me money, by not having to purchase ink frequently

Extremely challenging set up. Poor wireless connectivity. Spent 2 days and approximately 2+ hours attempting to use Canon support to connect with my network, despite following the crappy directions exactly in sequence. Downloaded and deleted the drivers multiple times. Canon software does not integrate well with Windows 10. I returned the printer to Best Buy and purchased an HP inkjet 9010 series. Easy wifi connectivity right out the box to our phones and our wireless network. No more Canon products for me!

Love this printer. I can scan from the printer or from my computer. I can scan to email from the printer. I had to do some searching but I found out how to do it. Everything works as it should.

Image quality was great when I could get it to print. Multiple problems staying connected to my surface and iMac. Also had issued automatically selecting correct tray to print from while printing from computer despite reading troubleshooting forums, videos, etc. Returned to store after giving up and reading reviews (sorted reviews from low to high after I bought it and saw the same issues being described). The positive reviews are many and originally sold me on this printer, at a great price. You get what you pay for a guess.

Very good home office printer. The only negative is that the paper tray doesn't hold a lot of paper.

We do like our new Canon printer..The laser is so much better than our old ink printer.

This I love, I'm able to manage all my important documents multiple task daily purposes In getting the job done..took a minute to figure out and install what I needed. I accomplished the set up.
