The printing is great. The scanning and setup is terrible and I would not buy this again. The ONLY way I was able to get scanning to work is via their app that I then save to a cloud drive. Their downloaded software and everything else I tried did not work.

Difficult to operated and noisy. Works well otherwise, but isn't user friendly.

Works good. Ink is expensive but i expected that anyways but with Black friday price i did get a good deal.

I would have given it 5 stars but if you want to connect it to your WiFi, you must order the WiFi add-on card.

Been a great printer so far. little bit of a learning curve on retaining settings for paper.

I don't know the accurate memory size. But, When I want to print out big file - more than 30 pages pdf file, it doesn't print whole pages out. I think there is limitation of the memory. And this machine doesn't offer multi-pages scanning. When I bought this, it doesn't matter to me, but, now it is very uncomfortable to scan multi-pages documents.

Didn't do my homework before purchasing this...prints nice and all, but the scanning to email is an absolute nightmare to setup which echo's MANY review posts. Not sure why they make it so difficult but I gave up essentially rendering scanning to my email worthless.

This is a great color laser for the price (I got it at 50% off as a Deal of the Day before Christmas). Not the easiest to set up and use. Basic printing is okay, but setting up the scanner is probably the hardest thing I have ever hooked up to my computer (and I consider myself pretty nerdy). Definitely not as easy to set up as HP printers are.

While we are enjoying it. The black ink seems to have faded and we have only done less than 100 copies.

I'm not very knowledgeable computer wise, but I had to get the Geek Squad to get it set up correctly.

We love this printer. Emailing scans was difficult to set up but Canon support helped get the problem resolved. We used the autofeed function to scan and archive old bills and documents.

Service was great from Best Buy. Wish we could say the same for the customer service at Cannon.

Wished I purchased this Canon laser printer rather than my last HP office inkjet that died within a month of purchase. No more ink cartridges drying out or having to clean the print heads.

Got this for my son's apartment for college. Easy setup on mac and even though its pretty big, it fit nicely in the spot that we needed. Easy to use for prints, copies and scans.

This Canon Printer says "All-In-One" Laser Printer. That phrase always meant it included fax capability. Well, this one didn't so I sent it back for one that has fax abilities and that was the Canon MF743. I use a fax quite often to communicate with my doctors, hospitals, and everything in between.

A lot more printer than I needed. But the value could be passed up. I do suggest getting help when removing it from the box, and setting it up. It is heavy.

Good machine. No problems with it. Little bit of trouble with set up.
