The iFax feature is totally freaking useless. It takes a NASA rocket scientist to figure out how to even set up the iFax. I really hate IT people!! Totally useless and if you need that feature, get a landline and a straight fax machine. Your stress level will love you for it.

Does not work with Mac

I returned the first one after 6 months fighting this issue. I install it on my home network, it works fine for printing and scanning for maybe a few days...then, it just won't work any more. I have to reinstall the software and go through the network setup all over again. Then it works fine for a day or two and I'm happy, then...Groundhog Day with Bill Murray. So frustrating. BTW, same results on all three new Macs. I have no other network problems and have huge bandwidth. Seeing other similar reviews, I will return this and try to find a good printer scanner for Mac. Also, I have many years installing printers...this one is a bear to install. Nothing easy about it. Not intuitive.

hp Printer Install

Excellent Printer in this price range
