A little tough to learn all the features but so far so good

I wanted to love this printer! I bought it for home use in my home office and also for my children's projects. The printer at first was very streaked, wasted a lot of ink to fix. The scanner was the dealbreaker - although the Canon siteblog indicates the step-by-step to change settings to allow a multi-page document to scan to 1 PDF document, the options do not exist in the scan utility. I downloaded then removed and re-downloaded their drivers and software to no avail! The printer also keeps saying the paper tray is empty when it is not. Had it for 2 weeks and I am done with this mess.

Good machine. But hard to configure with multiple computers.

Having problems getting scan to E-mail work, I don’t have time to constantly mess with something to get A feature to work but that is one of the features I bought it for. I can scan to my laptop and then email but not scan to E-mail.

Needed a capable laser printer for home office use. No issues at all, and the WiFi print works seamlessly with Apple Air printing.

Excellent price function. Perfect operation. Best purchase I’ve made they brought it to me . Right to my vehicle. Quality customer service super.

Great printer. I use it wirelessly, and had no problems connecting to both my windows and apple computers.

So easy to use and the "print from phone" option was so easy as well. It's nice to see something on your phone and to just print it right there.

Printer was easy to set up. Photo quality is excellent it is easy to operate. I would recommend this laser printer for anybody.

Bought for a college dorm room. This one does it all, being used by most people on the hallway. Great product.

The copier function is very slow. The machine is extremely noisy. And don’t even try to print pictures with it. I expected better from Canon.

Works well. Not for printing photos. Kind of noisy after printing. Haven’t had it long, so no complaints other than that.

I am so pleased with this product. The printer has been way better than my old HP Color Laser printer.

Solid performer. Priced right when on sale! Just okay when at regular price. Wish the cartridges were a tad less expensive.

Having a home printer during Covid has been great. I can easily print from my phone and scan documents to multiple devices.

This is my second Canon Laser printer, third Canon product to fail in a row. I've owned many Canon products over the years and at one point, would have called myself a bit of a fan. No more. This product is junk. Less than 50 pages in, it started with an error code. There is some sort of paper path/loading tray or scanner initialization error that is apparently very common with Canon. Website was no help. Gave a phone number. After going down the beautiful rabbit hole of Canon phone support, inevitably get a message telling me this product does not exist or they don't have support for it. Given the quality of the product and the company, not surprising. I'm done trying with these guys. Looking at their financials.....you've been warned. STAY AWAY FROM ALL CANON PRODUCTS!!!!!!
