It's okay

I thought I could use it for big job printing. It doesn't like heavy paper and I'm already having a problem with it. Had to shut down so it can reset itself to work right three times.

The out-of-paper light came on and stopped printing. I had to youtube the solution as Best Buy support tried to help. I bought additional support.

Bad Device

After unpacking the printer and setting it up, it printed 2 pages beautifully, and then stopped. It would not recognize that paper was in the paper tray. I tried all kinds of adjustments and even worked with my IT person (who is very knowledgeable), but to no avail. I returned the printer and received prompt refund.

Awful product

Sadly, Canon "support" is useless. You need level 2 assistance, then call back and they say no, level 1 can help and then they tell you to contact your ISP. Really? Not worth it. So over this printer already and have printed exactly 8 documents. Sadly, we are beyond the return date as well.

Good economical laser printer

For example to push the "home" button I have to press on the top left order just outside the button image. Other than that it works great.

Since no instructions were included, it took many hours to get it to communicate via WiFi. The print quality of the ten pages we got out of it was excellent. It worked for 19 days. Then it wouldn't communicate anymore. Either Cannon's printer can't handle WiFi, or Cannon's printer driver can't handle WiFi. Best Buy told us they only warrant printers for 15 days, so there you have it.
