Will work for one year, period.

Worked for 1 year and started making terrible grating sounds. Plastic gears are grinding, copies are terrible. I bought the Geek Squad 2 year product replacement. Good luck getting to talk to them in the store, their phone is on forever hold. I bought this online as I live 90 miles from the store so “dropping in” to the store to see what they can do isn’t practical. I’m not dropping this junk off to be picked up in a week or so.

bad printer

It changes the paper size on its own then will not print because of that. when it does print it's fast and good on Quality. There are 6 different computers in our house but it only wants to print for 2 of them. I called Canon and the person I talked to was rude and acted like it should know what I am doing with this printer.
