Trouble shooting tools and communication are poor and result in much wasted time trying to identify and fix problem - pretty much a hit or miss operation. Support web site is no help.

Poor user interface

It doesn't register your touches. It makes doing anything very time consuming as you are constantly touching the touch screen over and over again. Plus the driver that you download doesn't include the driver for the scanner so that requires a separate on to find and download. I am very disappointed with this printer that cost $300

A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT

The touch screen is not always responsive. I'm incredibly disappointed because it does not scan both sides of a document, a vwry necessary & important feature for me. Its not easy to use, the app is difficult to follow. I will never buy Canon again. Ill stick w/HP products

I have to email documents to myself and print them via my phone. When I call canon customer service desk the wait time to speak to a representative is always at least an hour. I regret buying this product and would return it if I could
