Like others I found out the hard way that the scanner was simplex. Was told it was duplex at Best Buy. Nothing on the box indicates otherwise; only that it has a 50 sheet ADF. In my case, Best Buy would not exchange it as they give you only one month to use it. I could not swap out printers that quickly in my business.

I don't know what this printer means by all in one, but it is not correct. This does not include fax which is super important for any business. Also this printer keeps disconnecting and dropping the wifi everyday it does it like every hour. I just wouldn't go with this machine ever again.

the printer worked good for about a week, then it updated and I cannot get it to connect for as a scanner through the cannon software. I can scan through bonjour, but cant se all the functions. I bought it because it was on sale and for once thought I would go cheaper, should've stayed with HP.

I should have listed to the reviews. I am pretty tech savvy but this printer is awful. I spent hours trying to get it set up. Finally got it to work and then the next morning the scan feature could not find my computer, even though it worked the day before. After googling, it seems this is an ongoing issue that has not been resolved to anyone's satisfaction and is not worth the trouble of keeping it. I packaged it back up and took it back.. Plus side, Best Buy was awesome about returns

I’ve been an it sys admin for a decade and this is one me of if not the worst printer I’ve ever worked with. It constantly goes off-line. The configuration is misleading and it is impossible to manage remotely. I had high hopes... stick with brother.

    Excellent wifi color laser printer/copier

I snagged this combo unit during the 2020 black Friday on a great deal. I probably paid around $250 with tax. I've had several MF printers over the years and this so far has been the best. I use this mostly to print stuffs for my kids' homework and school work, coloring pages and occasional copying and printing for myself. The print quality, speed and the features this unit carries are wonderful. I love the fact that this unit has multiple ways to connect to, including USB, ethernet as well as WIFI. I mostly connect over wifi, and I'm able to print from any device within the household, including from cell phones. What makes this unit more awesome is the fact that you could easily buy compatible high capacity toner sets for roughly $40-$50. I bought my high capacity set from Amazon more than a year ago for about $50, and have yet to open the box since the printer doesn't seem to run out of ink. Now a few cons - 1) The ink level and warnings are inaccurate. I've had this printer for over two years, and I haven't yet had to change/replace the toners, even though the printer keeps warning of low and almost empty ink levels (which is not really correct. Even when the printer says it's out of ink, there's still some ink remaining and I've printed about 100+ pages color even when it says it's out of ink, and I can still print more without changing toner). 2) The big con - mind you, this thing is too heavy, at about 65lbs. Be careful when lifting/moving this thing, and not drop in on your fingers accidentally. 3) Duplex function is only for printing. No duplex for copying, I highly recommend this combo printer to everyone as along as it's within the budget. If you can wait, I'd suggest snagging one around Black Friday for almost half the usual price.

Happy with the computer and printer, but wasn't real happy with service. Seemed in a rush, didn't want to explain options. Almost let me leave without purchasing a monitor which I did not know was separate. Glad my wife came in and started asking questions. I felt service was poor.

Thank goodness for easy returns & exchanges at Best Buy because this Canon was not welcome in my office! There is one paper tray on this machine and I had to tell the machine where to get the paper with every print! Too many negatives to list.

Done with this printer. It continuously disconnects from my wireless network. Absolutely not worth the aggravation in any way. Even if it was free...

I was tired of spending more on ink prices than on the printer itself, so I returned this unit for the Epson EcoTank and I've never been happier. See my other review on that. This unit prints fine enough, but the cost of ink runs $80x 4 or 5 cartridges... that's just nuts over the course of 2-3 years.
