i was so excited to buy this printer for my home business setup the problem was it was so hard to set up called customer service and took me 3 days just to talk to someone and never really helped at all he even told me that the feature that the printer is offering is not in the scope of their service! WORST! DO NOT BUY WASTE OF MONEY TO HAVE ALL THESE FEATURE AND NOT USE AT ALL.

Printer must be re-installed each time I want to print something. Even then, it works 30-40% of the time before needed to be rebooted and reinstalled again. Canon tech support walks you through the installation but it doesn't fix the problem. 15 min later, you're right back where you started. Truly not Apple compatible. We're returning it today.

This printer is the most difficult piece of hardware we have ever owned. It consistently refuses to print and requires that we reload the drivers or the wifi information. I very much regret buying it!

I’m just learning how to use my printer and it’s a lot to learn.

I am constantly having the Canon - NF642Cdw printer. I could not get any help from the Geek Squad or the Canon Tech support people. I went to the Geek Squad for help 3 times to no avail and they had me contact Canon Tech Support to no avail.

Even the Geek Squad couldn't debug this one. Despite extensive searching, complete and updated drives for the scanner were not to be found. Known issues with Windows 10. Returned and got an HP.

Excellent low duty copier for home use. Quick and quiet

I was told by the sales representative that toner are replenish able within 6 months free of cost. But while I checked it with Best Buy I did not get positive response from neither best buy nor from Canon.

This is very heavy, the screen is terrible and geek squad support was absolutely terrible and were unable to connect it to my computer. Overall, it was all a big FAIL!!!!!!

It died in 2 months after 1 year warranty expiration. ONLY Print less than 50 PAPERS!! The printer stopped working, Recenlty I ask one of my firend help to troubleshooting. He tried to config and reinstalled dirver in other laptop. Keep displaying error. Throw it into trash bin, never buy CANON.

I cannot scan multiple pages more than 100 pages in one file Maximum pages per PDF file that I can scan is only 100 How to increase it get full scan of single document with more than 150 pages

This is the hugest mistake I have ever made in purchasing an electronic device. This is a monsterous sized, POS. It is not user friendly to set up, calling technical support is an hour wait and it blows through toner. I see why it's so cheap. I'm not just saying this because I don't like Canon, but I've had it. I am at a standstill with my work because I can't clear out an error message! UGH!!

Purhased Acer Chrome 1-29-19 . Purchased Samsung Chrome 3-14-21 ; Purchased Canon Copier 3-16-21 Purchased 3 extended warranties with product. Signed up for Geek Squad 0n4-9-21 , Purchased copier on 3-16 -21 it took 3 & a half weeks to install printer . On 4-19 21 Acer would no longer print on the Canon .Called Geek squad 4-24-21 they will be out on 5-12-21 .You folks are good on sales very poor on follow up service . Very disappointed would not recommend Best Buy to any one for computer products. Leonard Spas

If you plan to use the airprint functionality or the wifi printing on this printer prepare for years of frustration. Macs and iPhones can print to this thing one time before you have to remove and readd the printer to your machine again. Don't waste your time with this, get something else...

I purchased this when my home printer died during COVID work from home. For a few weeks, I had no issues with printing from my iPhone and windows devices. Then it suddenly just stopped working. For the past two months, we cannot get the printer to print anything wirelessly despite downloading the app, connecting via direct print, etc. I have never been so incredibly disappointed and frustrated with a printer in all my years of tech. This has been the single biggest waste of money ever. Do not spend a dime on this printer.

I would not wish this printer on my worst enemy. Nothing is user friendly. I always figure everything out but cannot for the life of me figure out how to merge print addresses onto envelopes with this printer. Horribly complicated. Also changes IP addresses constantly so it has to be reinstalled on our computers nearly everytime we use it. Tried to get some help and nobody available at Cannon. Totally regret spending money on this thing.

They buying process was easy. I was able to install the printer. But the problem came with printing from my laptop, I spend two days trying to print from my lap top. For some reason the printer will not recognize my laptop, tried to call the help desk. I was on the phone trying to connect to help desk, no luck. For some reason I was able to print from my phone. I just gave up. Now I cannot even return the item to Best Buy. I will not recommend to buy Cannon printer.

Printer arrived thete is an empty space where phone connection should be. Returning it tomorrow

I purchased this printer because I was tired of having issues with cheaper $150 printers yet this one has been the most problematic of them all. -Directions for setup are useless -DOES NOT HAVE FAX HOOKUP (all in 1 printer??) -Setup is a nightmare, 2 weeks later and I'm still unable to scan to my computer -Touch screen works when it wants -Driver installs dont work. (ive tried all 10 of them) Overall this printer is NOT user friendly and a huge disappointment.
