    this was impossible to set up, after losing telephone connection, I returned for a super easy all in one printer.

    This printer is the absolute worst. It rarely ever prints because they're constantly updating the drivers and installers, which you have to go back and manually redownload and reinstall. And they never notify you of when new drivers are ready / required to keep running the machine. I can get this to connect maybe 1 out of every 10 print attempts. I HATE THIS PRINTER.

    We had an Epson printer, which was easy to use. Only replaced it because it was broken. This printer is not good for us .. too many bells and whistles for home use. Disappointed Best Buy person who helped us didn't explain or stress how involved it is to use printer.. too many options and steps to di simple task. After 3 visits from Geek Squad, we can print without paper jams. Not happy and can't return because 2 weeks passed.

    I was told this did double-sided scanning by a sales associate who looked it up on his phone and showed me the specs. Sadly, I think he had another printer on his screen. When I received the package the Specs were NOT in the box so I had to google them. Found out this DOES NOT have a double sided scanner which was the MAIN reason I needed it. Disappointed and will be returning.

    I will never ever buy another CANON product. I cannot get to technical service because the phone loops back to the beginning and I have been unable to get this printer/scanner to work. I bought several months ago and am just now trying to put it into service and I am ready to leave on the curb for anyone to pick up as I can no longer return it. I've a learned hard lesson.

    The cartridges were messed up and left blotches down the side of the paper. Was told by the Geek Squad that they'd replace them, but when I took them in, I was told they couldn't do that. They said I had to take the printer back and they'd order a new one. I don't think so...

    The printer default sets to manual and you can't undo it. I have reconfigured the settings three times and when I go to a different device, it happens again and again. The manual feeder now jams every few pages. Only had it up for two weeks and it's useless. It also keeps dropping the network connections so you have to troubleshoot every print job.

    This printer is very difficult to use. The setup seemed easy but I had a lot of difficulty getting it on the wireless network. It would show a good connection but won't print wirelessly and have errors finding new firmware. I was able to get it to work once when I plugged it into my router and run the test print but it stopped working afterwards. I will be returning this.

    I purchased it on 3/10/20 and I have had problems with it once it was set up, have had to call Geek Squad and after one hour of troubleshooting the technician fixed the problem. This morning it lost connection to the computer, this is very frustating. I have never had this problem, our WI FI service has been the same for 3 or 4 years. I do not recommend this printer.

    I bought the printer a year ago and it worked fine and out of the the clear blue it stop turning on. I trying different outlets and everything. I was just outside of my warranty and cannon refused to help or assist me with anything. Will never purchase an cannon product ever again.

    not user friendly at all with our mac due to fire walls. prepare to wait a couple of hours if you expect any help at canon. wait times when i have called have been a minimum of 40 minutes. I waited 30 minutes just now to be told I was directed to the wrong department so i have to wait another minimum of 40 minutes.
