HATE this printer! Purchased it based upon a tech's advice. Have experienced nothing but problems. Would NEVER purchase it if I had known how difficult it was to use. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRINTER!

Printer works intermittently which does not work well if you are using for business. It is not compatible with new MAC OS (Ventura or Monterey), there is not support from Canon, and now it won't print from the MP tray.

hard to connect, no instructions on what parts are that were loose when I onboxed it. I think it's the manual feeder, have another and have NO IDEA where it goes because why? No Diagram. Slow to start printing, slow printing. For the cost it's terrible.

Too flimsy, returned because it didn’t seem to hold up long enough.....

Print quality is faded when I print certain documents. Ink levels are at 100%...I chatted with Support and was told that I had to pay $199 for remote support even though I paid for a protection plan. I will have to figure out how to lug this back to the store for a refund or a replacement

I like the basic features but I'm unable to do dual-side copying.

I really cannot rate this printer as I returned it. I asked for a laser printer that could copy, scan and fax. This item could not fax. I will give you 5 stars for your quick return policies though. You were great at accepting my returns. Thank you!

rhis printer sucks. it worked for a little bit after getting it, but then stopped working. tried to return to store, but was out of return time, told me I had to deal with Canon. Never again will I buy a canon printer. they suck!!!

This printer is my most regretful purchase EVER. 99% of the time it does not print and when it does, it's extremely slow. I constantly find myself using my ink jet because this printer is a total failure.

This is not a plug and play printer! The instruction manual is written for a IT Professional and not user friendly at all. Called Cannon support and the wait time was over 2 hours. Will probably use this for target practice in the near future.

This printer did not do what I wanted it was very difficult to operate overall hated it the person that sold it to me said it would do everything that I wanted and when I took it back for a different one they refused to give me a full refund.

Has all kinds of passcodes to by pass. Not user friendly at all. Had to call help line and was on hold twice for over 1 hour

I returned this printer because it wasn't user friendly!

I brought this piece of crap and two months later stop working. Best buy has nothing to do or says because CANON is the company responsible. The unique way to contact canon is by phone and never hang up the phone.

Best Buy exclusive This printer is a Best Buy exclusive. You will never ever be able to buy ink anywhere but Best Buy… It sure would be nice if Best Buy would’ve told me this was an exclusive and that I was stuck paying whatever they wanted to charge me for ink forever

The digital panel does not work properly and is very difficult to set up on the net, I followed all the instructions with videos step by step and I couldn't do it. Very frustrating. It was returned.

Never buy Canon! The networking stopped working after 1.5 months. Now can't print from Android, Windows or Mac. Tried calling Canon support, and they make you wait hours! Stay away from Canon!

After bringing home this heavy printer, I spent 2.5 hours on the phine with geek squad only to discover the basic unit itself had no fax ability. When I bought it I was told by sales it had a fax. However, Best Buy did take it back no problem.

TERRIBLE!!! Printer doesn't work and I can't even get ahold of anyone to return it, so now I have to drive 3 hours to the bearest best buy yet to exchange it!! Highly do not recomend Best Buy!
