Well it didn’t work kept getting orange arrow code message. Had to send back to canon because there was a hardware issue. They sent me a replacement and it works fine now

This does work very well when it connects to the internet. However it constantly changes it's IP address and needs the driver reinstalled.

Printer difficult to set up. Had to contact Geek Squard and still printer difficult to communicate to network. Took very long time to print after request to print.

It is nearly impossible to install. Still is not working properly, many weeks later. We have sought help from GeekSquad and from the company. Just awful so far.

Can not get it to stop double sided printing. Been on the phone to canon twice. First time was on hold for over an hour 2nd time half hour. Not happy with my purchase.

Motor burned out in less than a year. Haven't even printed out 1/2 a ream of paper.

Stay away wireless connection nightmare. You get what you pay for, I had high hopes but very unreliable. Get an HP

The Cannon Image Class printer features powdered ink cartridges that never dry out. Set up is easy; 1. Connect to a device. 2. Preform an update to install drivers. 3. Detach and replug the cable (if using the USB). Great for business or occasional printing. About the size of a milk crate.

Purchased the printer as it was a good deal but setting it up and user option is harder then anticipated

very easy to setup and can be used with your iPhone too with an app. since this is an laser printer don't have to worry about light use as ink doesn't dry as quick as inkjet printers. if you are moderate users may once a week or two long run this is cheaper

a wireless printer that does not print wireless, so complex to use it it is a brick. Stay away

Do not buy any one ! It is not good for office. Big headache for work with legal siege papers!

The price of $224 caught my eye first and why I looked at this particular unit further. It was important for me to get an all-in-one printer to use as a device to do all my scanning and printing jobs in one unit, instead of the separate scanner and printer I use now. I won't go into a description of what this product does or doesn't do. I'll just say I've been pleased with it so far, as far as ease of setup and use. There was an extra piece in the box I couldn't figure out its propose. So like many others who searched this part on Google, they learned, like myself, that this piece is used as a dust cover on the paper tray, if you use legal size paper. The end of the tray will extend out a little bit if you use the longer paper.

Poor touch screen does not work well you repeated touch screen it never connects

Play down every time you need to change cartridge.

I did recommend this canon, it worked for me about three months and everything stop working.
