Scanning too complicated to set up
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a simple guy and the scanning was too hard for me to figure out. I was prompted to register on the UI remote, which I tried. Then I had to download drivers, which I did. Then I had to register through Canon and the serial number was not recognized. It's a heavy machine so I was not going to twist and turn it looking for small numbers. I gave up and right back to the store it goes.

Novice Beware
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This review is actually for our local best buy store employees, iron point rd-Folsom CA- This is the third time we’ve gotten recommendations on which all in one printer to purchase for our specific stated needs and the third purchase that did not meet our requested requirements. This one can’t even print photos, one of our main uses. So if you’re looking for knowledgeable assistance I recommend you go somewhere else.

Worst purchase I ever made

I purchased toner and when the printer arrived it was broken. No problem I thought its under warrantee. Well they would only replace it with a like refurbished model. Canon told me to take it back to the store. Now I'm out $280 in toner.

Wake on wireless doesn't work

You can't print to it from its sleep setting and have to delete printer and re-install every time. We had a previous version of this device and it worked great but this one is crap!!!
