Works well, colors are great. Starts up fast, no lag time

I replaced a Dell laser color printer. Dell does not offer printers now. However, I like Canon too and decided on this one because of the auto features. Color is nice and printer is easy to use. Not sure if it is a nice as my Dell but that one stopped working. Printer is fast and does a good job. Only problem is it is a bit loud.

My old single-sided laser printer needed to be replaced. Knowing inkjet printers need to be used every few days to avoid clogs. With past hospitalizations and travel, inkjets were not an option. I like that the MF654 prints on both sides (duplex printing) which saves paper. Better than my old single sided laser. The only thing missing is being able to scan on both sides of the paper. That is the next model up. Oh well. It easily connected to my network. Still getting used to the software. It comes with starter toners, but they last a long time. I did already purchased extra cartridges just because. I still SMH about the sales person who tried talking me out of buying a laser printer. Said the toner cartridges "dry out" quickly. I laughed and explained how laser printers work. Toner is, by definition, dry and then fuses to the paper. They were trying to get me to buy an EcoTank. HA! So far the printer was a good purchase.

This is the very best printer o have ever had. It fits my every need.!! The price fits for this excellent machine.!$

Works great, love being able to print and copy at home, the only drawback is that is quite big so it takes a lot of space but it is worth it.

The printer is easy to setup using the software, so install that first as the on screen menu system is not very intuitive. Print quality is excellent and fast but be prepared for a jet like noise on start up. This is not an issue for me as the printer is not near my workspace. I am not sure how many pages I will get out of the "starter" toner cartridges, hopefully enough to make the cost of the replacement cartridges worth it.

This is a color printer that uses toner instead of ink. So far it has worked wonderfully. My ink-jet printer clogged and could not be unclogged after numerous attempts to do so. The quality of print is excellent in my new printer. It is also easy to use which is a plus when you are 80 years old. It has many easy to use options.

Set up was much easier than with my old printer. It's a bit loud but not enough to drive me crazy. Bigger than I originally thought so it's hanging out on my kitchen counter while I figure out where to put it more permeantly.

I evaluated several models and found this to be the best value. Please be aware this particular one is discontinued, yet the follow-up one I assume will be just as good if not better. Determine you print quantity, review pricing of the ink per your needs and you will find its very competitive. I did shy away from any ink prescriptions. Oh, and the printer is fairly heavy at 48 lbs so make sure someone helps you move it!@

We used to use dot matrix printers for their inexpensive color output. But then I found the Canon imageClass printers which have so much better color output and surprisingly cheaper per page cost. It's also a lot faster and the Canon ink is a lot less expensive than using HP inks.

Super easy to use.. print from anywhere without being connected by wire from any device that’s connected to same WiFi as the printer. Love the print quality. Prints within seconds.

Upgrade from an old inkjet all in one. Scan to usb stick and scan direct to hard drive is worth the upgrade alone - scans super fast and effortlessly. Print quality is good and speed beats the inkjet hands down. Install is pretty much unpack and plug it in Definitely worth the price

Prints great! Exactly what I expected. Sadly the software interfaces for setting up features and administration are antiquated and obtuse. That’s what loses a star for me. Setting up any of the more advanced features are going to take some doing. This coming from a former IT professional, software engineer, and current engineering manager lol.

Woul actually give a 4.5 if possible. I needed a printer with USB hookup capability. This was one of two choices and was at a better price point. Easy set up, great print quality. Fits on top of my 2-drawer filing cabinet perfectly. A little slow on the uptake when printing, and a little louder than I would have liked. But overall pleased!!

Prints great. Noise level is a little high but not too bad. Was easy to set up and get started. I chose this one because it was on sale and because the toner repacement cartridges were considerably cheaper with Canon than HP.

Good all rounder color laser printer-print, copy and scan. The setup was pretty straight forward and downloaded software needed from Canon website to work with my Windows PC. Android smartphone had issues connecting with the printer with Canon business app not connecting. Finally installed Canon app called Print app and working. I do not print many jobs so cannot comment on yield of toner.

At first I was super stressed how to get the scanner to work but I was able to talk to someone at Cannon ( took >1 hour to wait for someone) They were able to resolve my issue right away The printer works great. I love the color and images

I purchased this to replace a dying ink-jet printer. I'ts only been a few weeks but I am completely satisfied. Both the copier and scanner function yield clean crisp copies.

Might be a bit early to judge, but so far exceeds my expectation. Easy to install, easy to connect, easy to print, easy to scan. Great quality. Only con is that it is rather big, takes almost half of my desk space

Awesome, friendly, knowledgeable help in store deciding which printer I needed and was the right printer for my needs. Fast scanning and great copies. Just what I asked for.
