    Bought for my office, generally satisfied with the printer. However, the setup wasn't as seamless as expected; spent over 2 hours on the phone with Canons support trying to set up the scan to email feature. Apart from that hiccup, no other problems, and considering the price, it's a great deal.

    This is my second canon printer, I had the grandfather of this printer and after years of hard work it was finally time to upgrade it. This one has double side printing and the color prints are nice and sharp.

    I started printing almost right out of the box. Setting it up and connecting it to my iMac was fast and easy. I printed different paper materials for wedding invitations and it did a great job. I'm a graphic designer and I recommend it!

    very loud and not a smooth printing process. after the print is over, the machine "works" for about 15 seconds more (churning and noisy). This printer got jam while trying to print 1 envelop; Cannon (and Best Buy's solution is to replace the printer); the printer is the size of a mini-fridge! AND, the original setup was near impossible; instructions were terrible, but I powered through it. The printer was great for 5 weeks, until it got jammed on 1 Christmas envelop and once I removed the jam, the printer still thought it was jammed...and would not reset.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
