The Canon printer is easy to set up and connect to my Mac and iPhone and prints excellent quality.

Software installation was clunky. There is a loose, unidentified plastic piece, some 14" x 2 3/4", that doesn't seem to fit anywhere.

I had such high hopes for this printer and reading the specs and reviews off site made me think I was making a great purchase. My first few test prints turned out so well and I loved how the scanner turned out. But after a few weeks my prints now turn out super low quality (even when my graphics are 300-600dpi) and the toner constantly flakes off. If I want a semi decent print I have to constantly run the cleaning settings between prints and even then it doesn't print cleanly. I honestly regret this purchase and am upset it's past the return window when it started to act up. I've been on the Canon support, adjusting settings like trying to get it to increase the heat for the toner to actually fix to the paper and nothing is helping. I hate this printer and I think I will have to switch back to inkjets or try another brand of laser.

We haven't used it much, however, it seems to be a very good Laser Printer. Likewise, it prints in color.

I just received the new Canon - imageCLASS MF654Cdw Wireless Color All-In-One Laser Printer and I think I am in love. I have been using this printer every day since it showed up at my doorstep and loving every time I need to print. So far, this printer has been incredible. The setup was very easy, and it connected to my Wi-Fi with zero issues. The printer is large and kind of heavy, and the hardest part was taking it out of the box, other than that the rest of the setup was a breeze. The quality of the prints is amazing, I used both regular paper for printing various forms and glossy paper to print some photos, and all print jobs came out amazing. The first print job was to check for color correctness, and to my surprise, I didn’t have to adjust anything! This version comes with everything most people would need at their homes or small businesses, which includes a printer, a scanner, and a copy machine. There is a similar version that also has a fax, but that is something I was not interested in. The touchscreen panel on this printer is huge, responsive, and intuitive. The screen has all sorts of options and even has the ability to set up toner delivery options, medical document scans, cloud apps, ID card copy, passport copy, mobile portal, and many, many more options. There are 4 pages of options on the touchpad. Overall, I am very pleased with this machine. It prints fast and the image quality is great! Wireless printing is such an awesome feature to have, I love being able to print from my phone or laptop. With AirPrint, the app, connecting your phone, you don’t even have to be home to print something at this printer. This printer is a BIG BOY and is on the heavy side, but that doesn’t stop it from getting all those print jobs done. I also love the look of the printer, it just looks sleek and modern, and honestly, it looks like it's worth 10 times the price it is. I think Canon knocked it out of the park with this one! Pros: -Image quality -Easy setup -Scans, Prints, Copies -Wireless printing -Duplex printing for both color and black and white -Can handle large print jobs -Prints fast and accurately -The LCD display is heavenly, with so many options -It’s gorgeous, modern, and sleek Cons: -He’s a bit heavy -A little loud too… -The feeder is only single-sided scanning

Great quality overall, i don’t regret buying it at all!

It is very easy to setup. First time power up, follow the instruction on the printer's screen to set it up. The on-screen instruction also guides you to connect to the wifi. Next is to insert the CD to a computer to install the driver and software. The CD will install the MF Driver, MF Scan utility, Toner Status monitor and user manual. If you don't have a CD drive, you have to download MF Driver and MF Scan utility from Canon site. When installing the MF Driver, it will prompt you to set the default printer for the computer and print a test page, it also installs an icon on desktop that link to the printer's home page. You can use the web page to configure all kinds of settings of the printer, very easy. Printing is very fast but a bit loud. The print quality either text or color photo is exceptionally good. Scanning is very good as well and convenient; you use the on-printer display to select the function and location to send the scanned output. Unfortunately, this model does not have duplex ADF (Automatic Document Feeder), the one with fax does but I don't need the fax function. Canon should include duplex ADF for this model. It is nice that this printer comes with standard black toner that has 1300 pages capacity but the 3 color toners are starter toner with half the capacity. Also, each toner is about one hundred dollars, very expensive if to replace all 4 at the same time.

We love it already. So glad we don’t have to worry about buying ink jet ink all the time.

If you scan documents and use Microsoft Windows DO NOT BUY this printer/scanner as the scanner does not work. Hours spent with Canon tech support trying to resolve error messages to be told by Canon support that Microsoft makes bad computers and I should buy an Apple. Total amateur hour on Canon's part. I previously used a Canon Ink Tank Maxify for 4 years without a problem.

Color image Quality is decent not exceptional. I cannot get scanning to work to my desktop, but I can get it to scan to the KANNAN app on my phone and then save it to the Google Drive app on my phone. It’s workable, but not ideal.
