The kit contains 3 packs of 36 sheets of photo paper, and 3 ribbons. Since it's a dye-sub printer, so you get exactly 36 pictures from each ribbon, regardless of what's in the picture. For $35 you're paying about 32 cents per photo, which isn't bad at all considering the convenience and the fact that the photos look just as good as those developed at the drugstore.
